I was exceedingly pleased with the service I received from the precision technicians who installed my garage doors today. Matt and Ian (I hope I got his name righty) were courteous, respectful, and extremely professional. Their customer service was exceptional – from the initial encounter of receiving a courtesy call to inform me they were 45 minutes away until the end of the installation. I must say each encounter I’ve had with a Precision employee has been outstanding. Thanks for the great customer service.

We had the pleasure of having Ian C and Donnel O install our garage door and they were excellent! Punctual, they arrived exactly when they told us. Respectful, they kept the noise at a minimum when we told them we had a sick child in bed. Fast but also thorough. They had to install the frame around a workbench I had set up close to the garage door track and were able to get it done with no problem and were done in short order. I highly recommend precision door service and recommend that you ask for Ian C and a Donnel O to install it for you!

Bernard came out to repair our garage door and install all new springs etc etc. it runs quietly and beautifully now, Bernard is a super guy! He was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took time to answer all my questions ???? So far I’ve had two technicians come out and they have both been stars !! Would recommend this company to anyone!!

5 Star rating for Precision Door Service! I was placed on the schedule for the very next day first in the morning. Blake showed up right on time, explained all my options in clear terms and agreed to provide me a military discount. A short time later, Jacob showed up, completed the installation (springs, rollers, opener) and assisted my tenant with his myQ app. My tenant said the garage door was "Crazy Quiet!" I am very pleased with Precision Door Service from start to finish

The technician (Mason) that gave me cost and the technician (Greg) that did the repair were very knowledgeable and professional. The cable on my garage door broke, so I was unable to close my garage door. And it was a Saturday.... Not sure if I could help, I figured I'd call a "larger" company. Everyone was so nice!! From Jennifer who answered the phone and made the appointment. Rob who came out and assessed what needed to be done and Greg who did a fabulous job getting everything done right, showing me everything he did, how to work everything...so absolutely thorough. A tad more expensive than I would have liked, but very happy with the end result.

Thank you for a top notch experience. My garage door spring broke on Wednesday trapping my car inside. I scheduled the company that worked on it before to be at my house today at 1:00. At 9:00 this morning they called and told me they wouldn’t be at my house until Tuesday. I was very annoyed. Went on to your website and scheduled. Musch to my delight you had availability at 1:00 pm. Blake arrived early to assess the damage and give me a quote. Evan then arrived and completed the repair very quickly. Full disclosure with photos of all issues and before/after shots. Very highly recommend this company.
