Technician Blake arrived on time. He called to notify me of his arrival. He was courteous, friendly, helpful, professional . He checked both garage doors , including the door that had raised my concern . He instructed me how to change garage door codes. Great service.

We had wonderful service, the garage door was repaired the same day we called, my only regret was I waiting so long (months) to call after the original spring snapped. I often dread home repairs, but I couldn't be happier with the service and how easy they made it for us by explaining our options. The garage door is now much quieter and performs even better than it has before.
