Kemar was very professional and did a great job replacing our broken spring and some other parts. However I think the price we paid for the service was way too much

Don’t believe their reviews there’s no way on earth and any company has all five starter reviews not for what these people charge. I called have a garage door opener replaced. They told me it would be $2100. Everybody else is 6 to 700 be very leery of their reviews. Nobody gets that many five star reviews without any complaints. This is total bull.

SO thankful for this technician and service company. I had a broken spring, misplaced and old cables, displaced rollers/hinges, rusted shaft. Kemar was warm and professional, explained everything (issues identified, recommendations, cost for repairs). I had researched that this company may have been priced on the higher side, but I wanted the job done fast and accurately. I made the right choice. Thanks Precision!

I had a horrible experience with this company, their technician came out and said the spring was worn out, I asked how much to replace it ? He told me $2100. Then he said he can give me a discount of $300 for healthcare workers. I payed $1800.it didn’t sit well with me I called D&D Garage and Armstrong and they told $690 and $710. I called back the company and ask why was I charged $1800 and other companies are charging over $1000 less. The person who said he’s a manager responded that every company is different. I told him I will be posting the receipts on every social media platform what they did with the price and will be going to Better Business Bureau. He quickly asked me how much do I want to pay? I told him to charge me the correct amount he knows I should pay. Ended up paying $750. They credited me the difference. Very dishonest.
