Beau McClure came out at about 9:30am on Wednesday morning and by 12:30pm was finished completely leaving us with a new looking garage door.it is a pleasure to have employees representing a company like these two young men did. After the gear drive shaft on my opener broke and the chain sagged down, I gave Precision a call because I had a small flyer that I had saved in my file. True to their word, they were here the same day, did a complete inspection of my door plus the operator then provided me with a detailed summary of what needed to be done. I then discussed which items would be needed right away and we then agreed on the cost to do the repair. As it was late in the day & I was not in a rush, Precision came the very next morning, installed the necessary parts, made all the travel adjustments and got everything working perfectly again. I was impressed with their professionalism in getting the 14 year old operator running again. I would use them again in a heartbeat !

We have a large commercial door in a residential home. Several companies would not work on it due to the size and hardware needed especially when we said that we believed that the door was fine but all the hardware needed to be replaced. The technician who came out was extremely professional and after performing a system and safety check said that they could indeed install everything I needed to have a "like new" door and lifting system and the parts would come with a lifetime warranty! Within 48 hours the technician had all the hard to find parts needed and installed the whole system in one day. He was tireless and did an outstanding job. I would recommend our technician and Precision Doors to anyone for any problem related to a garage door. In my opinion after interviewing several companies, they are the best you will find. Save your time and call Precision Door IF you want the job to be done right the first time and someone to stand behind their work! I can't say enough about our technician who was tireless and would not stop until it was perfect!!

Nick was always professional - taking time to explain which parts needed replacement and why it was necessary. He replaced most of the moving parts on the door and had it properly working again. I asked him to replace the opener as it was 15 years old. I was amazed at how quietly the door opened and closed. My neighbor was so impressed she thought I had the whole door replaced.
