Colin the service technician was on time, actually called to see us earlier because he was ahead of schedule. Gave us great service, pointed out that things looked great and a small minor problem that we did not have to address for several years because we hardly ever use THAT garage door. It was 4 years since we last had it serviced. He was VERY NICE someone we would ask for next time we needed service. Definitely would recommend them to anyone!! Even gave me a senior discount. We were so pleased we gave him a small tip and gave him refreshments before and after the work was done. Until we meet again

Technician Colin Shea was sent out to my home to replace broken spring. He thoroughly assessed the entire lift system. He provided recommendations for other components that are showing signs of wear and helped distinguish between repairs that were necessary now and those that could wait, allowing me to plan and budget accordingly. My car was stuck in the garage and he was able to work around it, causing no damage. He was also respectful to my pets as he was coming in and out frequently. Very polite and answered all of my questions.
