Tyler, our technician, arrived on time and explained what work needed to be done with my garage door to correct the problems I was having since a screen door had been installed two years prior. I had the same issue and Joel Mullen did the initial inspection and quote and Evan Tucker did the installation. Both guys are great and do excellent work!

Both Thomas the salesperson and Mike the service technician exceeded my expectations. I made a call to Precision in the morning and they were able to complete my job by the end of the same day. Upon installation of an entire new Lift Master, Mike sat down with me to explain all of the features. Both gentlemen were courteous and professional.

Precision Door Service merits a resounding five-star rating, hands down. I called and left a message on Wednesday, got a courteous and prompt return call first thing Thursday morning, scheduled an assessment/estimate for Friday morning, and the technician was on site early afternoon on Friday to complete the repair. That kind of responsiveness and service is rare these days. Both Tom Norman, who came Friday morning to do our assessment and estimate, and Jordan Nein, who flawlessly effected the repairs on Friday afternoon, were consummately professional and courteous. The kind of gentlemen you'd like to have as friends. Precision Door Service is fortunate to have them on staff. The repair estimate was well within reason and we feel like we were treated as valuable customers. Cannot say enough about how good our experience was from the first phone call until Jordan drove away in the repair van. We wholeheartedly endorse their services.

I can't say enough about our technician, Jordan. He reviewed our issue and explained what had to be done clearly and then corrected the problem (outdoor keypad went bad). He then checked our door and opener operation, made a couple of suggestions for maintenance that made complete sense and completed the tasks. I would give Jordan a 5 star plus rating.

My garage door went from sounding like a train rumbling though the house to a quiet Spring day. Just by changing the springs, rollers, and upgrading the opener, I was able to keep my existing door. The contractor explained everything he was going to do in detail before he started and finished in a timely manner. I've used Pricision before and they're still the BEST!

Price to do this job was unbelievably high. Cannot believe how you can charge customers as much as you do. We will definitely find another company next time. Job took way longer then it should have making our renter of the house very upset with us! We thought a key pad was included and the bill shows almost 100.00 for one. Would not have had one installed if I would have known this. Was not even given the code for the key pad. The owners who paid this bill should have this important information . Not happy at all

Great company. I needed remote access to my parents garage door for safety. I talked to a rep and a service man was out quoting the next day. He (Thomas) didn’t oversell and gave me a great solution. When the part came in (in 2 days) we scheduled the appointment. They also repaired some worn wires as well. He called and was ontime (even early!). He had the system up and running in a couple of hours. He was courteous, professional, and easy to work with. Pricing was more than reasonable, and I didn’t even have to come in town for the install! Can’t thank Precision enough for a great, job done.
