Precision Garage Door Service was great from the beginning to the end. I had to replace my garage door and the representative who sold me my door listen and advised the best option for the door I was looking to replace. The Installers, very professional and knowledgeable, installed my garage door, advised me, answered all questions and inspected my door as well. Only 1 small issue, which is being addressed was that one of the panels were dented, but Precision is making it right and getting a replacement panel for my garage. Very happy with the service.

In July, I purchased a new garage door opener from Precision. Since the door itself was installed in 1986, it was time for that to be replaced, too. The technician came out and installed the opener within a couple of days, then came back to connect it to my phone, since I didn't know that was possible until after the install, when I got to read the manual. Precision ordered the door itself at this time, with the understanding that there would be a wait of several weeks. I made an appointment for this morning. After looking at the weather forecast, I called early to express my concern that it might rain early afternoon, and that anything removed from the garage could not be allowed to get wet. Accordingly, Precision sent a team of four to do the install. They started arriving before 9. With rain expected by 1 PM, they worked diligently to get the install completed, which they did by 12:30. It wasn't 15 minutes after they left before the rain started. All in all, I am extremely please with the service, the opener works with both the two remotes and both my phones, and the color, surprising both me and the team, matches the house trim perfectly. Good job, Precision. Highly recommended.

Best service I have experienced. Ian was the installer and Lloyd was the salesman. I had 3 companies that gave me an estimate and Lloyd was by far the most professional and gave me an itemized written estimate of all items, the others just gave me a price. All 3 were within $100 of each estimate but I went with the company I felt I could trust. Ian showed up on time was a pleasure to deal with. He made sure everything was done correctly and was very professional. I will definitely send them referrals and already have given 2 of my neighbors their number.

After trying to get quotes on a new door from several locations, we were told that a door couldn't be fitted for our carport that was converted to a very low clearance garage. Then I had Sam from Precision out and he said it would be a complex install but could be done. Order placed and used their Sherwin Williams color match to get the exact color we wanted. The new door was a custom order due to size but it still came in weeks earlier than promised. April 28th installers Ian and Austin arrived for the install. They spent a lot of time analyzing what they had to work with and it was supposed to be installed with springs on the rear by the opener. After many measurements, they determined they could install with springs on the header like a normal install with a few modifications. From initial quote to ordering, permitting and install was flawless. The quality of the work and product was top notch and far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door!!

Just had my new garage door opener installed and I am loving it. The door matches my front door and I do not have to repaint it. There is little to no noise when the door opens and they were completely finished installing in three hours. They came at 2:00pm and were putting up the tools back on their truck by 5:15 pm.
