Coming home from vacation on a Sunday one of the garage door springs broke. I always thought they last forever. I call Precision Garage & they were readily available. They sent Brian that same afternoon. He inspected everything & give me an estimate for what was needed to repair the garage door. I found the estimate high, Brian ask if I had a figure in mind & I told what it was. Although skeptical he asked for a minute & came back with a figure we both agreed on. He got to work, an hour later he had changed the bearings & both springs to the garage door. I was pleased with both the work Brian did & how accommodating Precision Garage was on giving me a price I could live with.

Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule an appointment online. The day they were scheduled to arrive I received a call giving me an update on the time they would arrive and the tech called me when he was on his way. Victor was amazing and so personable. 4/1/2026 this morning at 4:30am I had to leave and the garage door spring broke. I called Precision and actually talked with a human at 4:30am!!!! They got me on the schedule and Sopheak arrived about 7:45am and totally fixed everything. He was polite, efficient and friendly. I highly recommend Precision Garage doors!!! Two technicians came out and did general maintenance on our doors and fixed a problem with the safety sensor. Both of the technicians were friendly, professional and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Of course, if something is going to break it will always be late on a weekend day! This was no deterrent for Precision! I called at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon because my garage door broke. My service technician, Jacob called en route and arrived about 5:30. Jacob was so kind, extremely knowledgeable, and quite efficient! He reviewed the failures and estimates with me and explained everything very clearly. By 7:30 the job was completed. This is what happens when you call a first class company! Every tool, every part required was onboard. I can’t recommend Precision highly enough! Oh and Jacob, stellar performance and a true credit to this company. The world needs more Jacobs and companies like Precision Garage Door! Many thanks!
