I called several companies and this was the only one who answered the phone. They were able to schedule my service within 24 hrs with no trip charge, and the tech repaired everything in that one call. He showed me all options and let me select without pressure. He also found a sticker on my door where the company had done a previous service so I now have history reports in their computer. While I would like to have spent less, it was recommended to change the old opener for a newer, more reliable one. I love it!

Our tech Cooper was very communicative and prompt. He evaluated our situation and provided a few resolutions, ultimately we decided to go with a new opener and make necessary repairs.
