Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. The girls in the office were also very cooperative and professional when I called with a problem. Just a "all around" good experience and I would recommend them.

The prompt attention to my problem and the professionalism of the Precision Door Service was impressive. Blake Furukawa arrived promptly quickly assessed my problem and provided a complete estimate for the work to be performed. Sean O’Leary was assigned the job of replacing my antiquated system with a complete new modern “quiet” system including replacing the old door hardware. The garage door operates smoothly and is nearly silent. It did not operate this well when new. I am very pleased and gladly recommend this company.

We have had Precision come and help us over the years so when I noticed a cable wrapped around the spring I knew I needed their help again. They responded within hours, gave me an estimate, and the service man returned later the same day to repair. Therefore, my garage was secure by the end of day. The keypad began malfunctioning so we called Precision and made an appointment for an evaluation. The company was extremely prompt and courteous. Tyler, the technician, called to let us know he was on the way and how long it would be. The keypad was replaced and is working beautifully. These are the values many companies have lost over the years. The older generation remembers when life was beautiful. Thanks Precision.

This company was the BEST! I called at 10:30 am and the representative, Rob, met me by noon (very professional and communicative) The tech, Steve came before 2:00 pm and finalized repairs. He too, was very professional and exuded confidence that he would get the job done correctly. I definitely recommend to all my friends and neighbors

Great job so far. I never knew how noisy an old opener could be. This new one is very quiet. It looks sleek compared to the old system. You guys installed my mom's system a couple of years ago. I didn't make a mistake when I followed her lead. The installer was courteous, professional, and quick. I'm satisfied so far.

Amazing service performed, repairs and installation of the new opener was done in a timely manner and the service tech was very informative of all that was warranted and did not leave until all was explained to me. We had unexpected issues with the garage door. We placed the call left a message and our call was returned immediately. We made the appointment for the very next day. The Technician came over. He was extremely pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. Our safety was his main concern. Certain replacements were made. He did an absolute great job. We are pleased with his work. We would definitely recommend this company. We would definitively recommend this company.

Am a little disappointed from the get go. I needed quick help to get my door open to get car out after balance spring came loose. I got that help but the tech was diverting request for a quick repair saying it would cost ~500.00 for a repair when I was going to purchase a new system anyway. Said he didn't have a spring in his truck. He was focusing on selling a new package. I intended to purchase a new door and power unit anyway after an estimate. He left after writing a purchase contract without reconnecting my spring leaving me a 76 yo, not smart to be on a ladder, to do the job myself. Took me 20 min. to connect the spring and all is working now. My old door is heavy and difficult for me to raise and lower manually so I needed the power unit during the interim waiting for new door installation. Nothing was broke the spring just came loose and I would think it be common practice for him to make that minor but essential fix for me prior to departing. Am optimistic that new package will be installed in a timely matter and professionally, We shall see.
