Very knowledgeable but almost to the point where it cost me too much. I had another company look and was going to have to order new springs for install a few days later. And they didn't mention any of the issues that Precision recommended. Glad precision stepped in and got the job done...

The tech came very quickly, diagnosed a broken spring. I have a torque master system and they don’t repair them. Had to replace everything. Springs drums bearings cables ect. The door is lighter and quiet now. But the price$1880 is way higher than I was expecting. I knew the price before the work began. Did not have time to get other quotes as my car was stuck in the garage. Did not want to repair myself as the springs are very dangerous. Tech was very friendly and did everything in 2 hours.

I am happy with the work done. The quote process and staff was great. We were scheduled for installation and give a three hour block of arrival. It was for the morning. When I did not hear from company that morning o contacted scheduling. They said “ we are close by.” I had an appointment that afternoon and did not get done until end of business that day. A Morning appointment was scheduled and it took the entire day. The work was done well and the estimators were great. The company should not have scheduled the installer with work that morning and promise a morning install. My door looks great accept for some minor trim Work but overall solid install and pricing.

Felix was able to make a better deal for me, so that helped a little, and I needed it done quickly. Greg the tech. did checkout the motor, chain rail etc. he was good at what he does. I have delt with your company for many years and have been happy with the employees who serviced my problem. However the new chain is very loud as it shuts down worse then the defective chain raiI I will give it a while to allow it to break in. if it doesn't change. I will call your company back to correct it. If your tech. says it's normal I will call in another company to see what they say

install was timely and well communicated. The install team was professional, respectful and courteous. i only have one issue with the install. A half inch gap at the bottom of the door and the floor about 5' across that did not exist with the old door. Waiting for Precision to fix this issue.

Responded Sunday afternoon when called about my garage door not working. They couldn't come out until the next day and asked if 8am-1200 would be ok. I agreed with 8-12 time slot. About 1040 I called the company since I hadn't heard from them and they said tech would be out soon. 11 am a tech came out and I showed him the problem. He assessed the situation and gave me options to fix it and the prices. I told him to just fix the broken springs . He assured me the tech should be arriving soon and would be the one to fix the problem. Once the tech arrived I was able to move my car out of the way and he replaced the springs .

Our tech Hiram was super helpful and professional. He came in inspected everything and gave us a full report. He allowed us to talk about the repairs with no pressure. He then got the job done quickly and walked me thru all the work he completed! Out tech was awesome!!
