Sevice was very good. However, I think the upcharge of $149.00 for adjusting the spring on the garage door was extensive for the 5 - 10 minutes it took. No additional parts were needed or anything else. I am not happy and will not call again.

The salesman, Nick, was very informative. I only have 1/2 a garage because the other half was converted to an office. Nick took the time to tell us exactly how to make the new garage door work. Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Every aspect of their service was top notch. Came within 2 hours of calling to report our spring broke to give estimate. They needed to return the next day with a second person because one person could not lift the door with a broken spring. They came at 8;00 AM the next day and were done by 10 AM. They did a great job balancing the door which allowed it to be much quieter than the old door spring and rollers. My wife no longer complains about the noisy door. The other company that we had do maintenance on the old unit 2 years ago were not able to quiet it down despite spraying a lot of silicone all over the door hinges and our garage floor.

Nick was joined by Kurt later that day and the two gentlemen worked as a team, and refurbished our garage doors, with rollers, springs etc, in an efficient, timely and respectful manor. Had a basic service call just to check out the general operation of my garage door system, which is only three years old. The technician, Billy, was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He only needed to make some minor adjustments, but he also provided some cost information for suggested repairs that may be needed in the future. I would definitely call Precision Door Service again. They set me up with an appointment same day and did not try to sell me any services above and beyond what I currently needed.
