Sevice was very good. However, I think the upcharge of $149.00 for adjusting the spring on the garage door was extensive for the 5 - 10 minutes it took. No additional parts were needed or anything else. I am not happy and will not call again.

The salesman, Nick, was very informative. I only have 1/2 a garage because the other half was converted to an office. Nick took the time to tell us exactly how to make the new garage door work. It was his knowledge of garage doors that won me over. I also found Precision to be more affordable than other companies I called. My permit went through quickly. The technicians, Jason and James, installed my new garage door. They worked efficiently. They went above and beyond to make my garage door work in my half garage. I couldn't be more pleased! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Using Precision Door was like a breath of fresh air! I received new springs, belt drive motor, and some other moving parts. Their exceptional customer service from the initial call, to the final close out truly stood out in an era where such care and professionalism is rare. Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.

Every aspect of their service was top notch. Came within 2 hours of calling to report our spring broke to give estimate. They needed to return the next day with a second person because one person could not lift the door with a broken spring. They came at 8;00 AM the next day and were done by 10 AM. They did a great job balancing the door which allowed it to be much quieter than the old door spring and rollers. My wife no longer complains about the noisy door. The other company that we had do maintenance on the old unit 2 years ago were not able to quiet it down despite spraying a lot of silicone all over the door hinges and our garage floor.

The service of our garage doors from Precision was excellent. The representative, Nick that came out to assist and give a quote was knowledgable, respectful and efficient. Nick was joined by Kurt later that day and the two gentlemen worked as a team, and refurbished our garage doors, with rollers, springs etc, in an efficient, timely and respectful manor. The company and technicians earned the the 5 star rating given. I would not hesitate to recommend Precision or their technicians to family and friends.

Service was exceptional. Two reps came to my house--Rob and Beau--both were professional and knowledgable. My system needed a lot of work and the price was fair. I'm an engineer, electrical, and the work Bob said had to be done needed doing. Beau did an outstanding job redoing the many faults in my system. Scott was very good at explaining what needed to be done. installed new spring and did a tune up on the door. After he was done I was shown all the new parts that were replaced. I would have to give Scott a 5 Star Rating!!!!!

I've had a loud squeaky garage door for three months....I called Precision this morning and by 2pm this afternoon Scott arrived with a helper and diagnosed the problem. I was at home when the tech came to the house to repair the garage door. My name is Donna Bardou. The tech was very professional and offered me the option of doing other items while he was here. I appreciated that. He was friendly and was able to make the adjustment to the door in a timely manner. The scheduling of the visit was fast and easy as well. The tech phoned prior to arriving. GREAT GUY. CAME OUT WAS ON TIME CALLED AHEAD AND NEW HIS JOB WELL. GOT THE JOB DONE IN 45 MIN. PREVIOUS COMPANY CHARGED ALOT AND DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM, MADE IT WORSE AND WANTED TO SELL US NEW DOOR OPENER FOR $900.00 AND IN 15 MIN WITH MY HUSBAND SAYING NO SAID OH I CAN BRING IT DOWN TO $700.00! Had a basic service call just to check out the general operation of my garage door system, which is only three years old. The technician, Billy, was very informative and answered all my questions and concerns. He only needed to make some minor adjustments, but he also provided some cost information for suggested repairs that may be needed in the future. I would definitely call Precision Door Service again. They set me up with an appointment same day and did not try to sell me any services above and beyond what I currently needed.
