Wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for a “no show” yesterday. My appt window was 2 - 6pm, and I sat around waiting until 7pm…very disappointed!!! Therefore the one star review. I was also surprised that I was not offered a discount for wasting 5 hours of my time.

The salesman, Nick, was very informative. I only have 1/2 a garage because the other half was converted to an office. Nick took the time to tell us exactly how to make the new garage door work. It was his knowledge of garage doors that won me over. I also found Precision to be more affordable than other companies I called. My permit went through quickly. The technicians, Jason and James, installed my new garage door. They worked efficiently. They went above and beyond to make my garage door work in my half garage. I couldn't be more pleased! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Using Precision Door was like a breath of fresh air! I received new springs, belt drive motor, and some other moving parts. Their exceptional customer service from the initial call, to the final close out truly stood out in an era where such care and professionalism is rare. Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to us by our neighbor! They came out this morning, evaluated our garage door and recommended all new hardware and motor. Ours was at least 20+ years old. Garage door itself is fine. The tech was here within 1 1/2 hours. Sean did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and showed us how the new hardware works. We are very happy with this Company and will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their garage door!

I called Precision Door Service to fix my garage door. The old motor broke down. I was able to have someone come to inspect the garage, that person was Nick. Nick was great on time, I explained what had happened. He took a look took some pictures. Then explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. Then Evan came to install the new motor and springs. Evan was also awesome, polite on time good worker. I would highly recommend using both Nick and Evan. Thank you again for your help in this matter.

From the beginning meeting with meeting Brittney to Ian and Matthew doing the install we have been very pleased with the customer service. Ian and Matthew did an excellent job installing the new garage door at my mother-in-law's home. When she came home she was thrilled at how nice it looked. She loves that she now has natural light coming through the windows. When she closed the door she was amazed at how quiet it is. Ian let me know when he was on the way by text message and a phone call. They a great job providing before and after pictures. The job site was cleaned up after. Thanks for the great work from beginning to end. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends!

Precision referred by neighbor, I had no issue using garage door but needed long overdue checkup, appointment made quickly, technician Blake did checkup, explained work needed and estimate, Jacob arrived next day to complete work, explained new items, (drop down menu below for “new items” may not capture items I tapped) your invoice lists items needed from belt, springs, drum, roller, cables to existing door panels, remotes, keypad, new manuals, I’m very pleased I scheduled this checkup, my garage door is quiet and smooth. Both Blake and Jacob are assets to your company.

I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Precision today. I completed a request online last night around 10pm. Someone called me today and they were able to fit me in two hours later. A small time window was given for both of my appointments and both technicians were on time. I received a text (with a photo and background information about each technician) to inform me the technician was on the way. Both technicians also called me to give me a specific time of arrival after the text was received. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were helpful, kind, and not pushy. I would use their services again! Thank you Precision!

Precision was exceptional!! They called and let us know what time they would arrive. They were polite and professional and also very helpful. I really just called for an estimate, but the salesman was so thorough and checked everything and explained the problem, I just went ahead and had them do the installation. The girls in the office were also very cooperative and professional when I called with a problem. Just a "all around" good experience and I would recommend them.

Overall experience was excellent. Got inspection and recommendations around 10am,had total job started by 1:30 and finished same day. New Liftmaster opener installed along with new springs ,cables,rollers,plus new bottom seal. Juancarlos worked by himself in the heat and was very helpful installing app on our phone and programed remotes for vehicles and keypad. Very satisfied with this company and will recommend to anyone needing garage door repair.
