Door was repaired quickly. Serviceman arrived on time. Company sent picture of repairman beforehand so I would recognize him when he arrived. I really appreciated that. He went over the working of my entire garage system. Told me price of each thing that needed attention. Which thing needed repair at the time and what could wait until later. I went ahead and did everything recommended. Would recommend Precision to all my friends.

Was having sporadic issues with the remote and sensors. Joseph (Joe) showed up at 2pm; we had the 2-6pm slot, and I explained the problem and he said he needed about 20 minutes to do a check on every part of the garage door and components. The left rail was out of alignment and that was interfering with the door opening and closing properly. About another half hour later, the bottom brackets were replaced and all parts cleaned and lubricated. We had this door, motor, springs, etc installed in November of 2023 and never had any issues or routine maintenance.

This was an overall total great experience. The technicians arrived earlier than scheduled and after explaining the work they would be providing they got busy and stayed busy. They gave me a few updates during the process. And explained, in detail, once they were finished what to expect and who to call should there ever be an issue or problem. I handpicked Precision Door from the internet and reading all the reviews of several garage door companies. At no time, were we ever pressured into buying a certain door, or a more expensive door, or a product that we did not need. The original representative was extremely informative and friendly AND NOT PUSHY. The three technicians were outstanding; friendly, professional, clean and also informative. After completing the project, they cleaned the garage area and driveway where they had been working.

We came home and our garage door didn't open.....I immediately called Precision, as they had installed my new garage door opener 3 years ago.
