Nick was right on time when he was scheduled. He examined my broken door and educated me on what he found. He presented me with what it would take to repair my garage door, why he was recommending those specific repairs and any options I had in quality of parts. Once we agreed on what he was to do, the repairs proceeded quickly. Once they were completed, he walked me through what he had done. He made a couple of suggestions as to things that I could do to help maintain my garage door to get as long a life as possible to the repairs he had just completed. If I ever need another garage door repair in the future, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door Service again.

The service of our garage doors from Precision was excellent. The representative, Nick that came out to assist and give a quote was knowledgable, respectful and efficient. Nick was joined by Kurt later that day and the two gentlemen worked as a team, and refurbished our garage doors, with rollers, springs etc, in an efficient, timely and respectful manor. We called Precision to request an installation of a new garage door opener. The phone was answered promptly, and the installer, Nick, arrived at our residence within 45 minutes of our call. After explaining the opener options and the price for a belt-drive unit, Nick proceeded with the installation, which was completed within a couple of hours. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the features and operation of the system. The entire process was very professional, timely, and efficient. Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.

The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service.
