Nick is a Florida Native and has lived and worked in the Central Florida area for most of his life. He enjoys watching movies, fishing, swimming and the Florida sun. This was a wonderful experience for me. My rusty beachfront garage door had had it. The estimator showed up on time to give me a rather good estimate for replacing the door. The installation had a four-hour window and the installer Justin, was really nice and knew exactly what he was doing. I tell you if you need any work on a garage door, call them.

Nick was joined by Kurt later that day and the two gentlemen worked as a team, and refurbished our garage doors, with rollers, springs etc, in an efficient, timely and respectful manor. Well beyond anything I expected. I was working and the tech talked to my wife. He talked her through every single part of the process, was curtious, and didn't try to "sell us" on things we didn't need. We ended up with the full install, because we needed it, and they were in and out in a few hours. Plus, lifetime warranty. Are you kidding me? Awesome guys!

We called Precision to request an installation of a new garage door opener. The phone was answered promptly, and the installer, Nick, arrived at our residence within 45 minutes of our call. After explaining the opener options and the price for a belt-drive unit, Nick proceeded with the installation, which was completed within a couple of hours. He then gave us a thorough explanation of the features and operation of the system. The entire process was very professional, timely, and efficient. We are extremely pleased with the products and services provided by Precision and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of this type of work. Thank you!

Nick was excellent, personable and efficient. He explained why is was not working and the adjustments the new door I purchased from them needed. We had a power outage and it wouldn’t open manually because of the adjustments needed. It’s a very heavy door and I needed instructions on opening it in case of power outages, a little different than my previous old door. Highly recommend this technician and company.

The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service. Weekend hours, ie. 24/7 days a week. Garage door repair. From the time I called your office to the completion of our repairs, I could not have asked for a more professional repair person than Nick! He explained the repairs needed in terms I could understand. When he knew he could do the repairs that day, Sunday, I knew I had chosen the right company. The $20.00 trip charge was taken off and we got a Seniors Discount!! You are the best. I had called a company we had used just this August, no information they were not open 24/7, nothing on their website to let you know that. Very poor when you are dealing with an issue where you cannot lift a 500 lb garage door to get out of the garage. A safety issue that Precision takes seriously by being open 24/7. Thanks for keeping us safe, even on weekends. We had several parts that needed to be replaced and Nick had them all on his truck.
