Excellent work, thorough explanation of what needed to be done and options. I was quite taken back by the price, though. Felix was able to make a better deal for me, so that helped a little, and I needed it done quickly. So although I really spent way more than I could have, I do have confidence that the door operates smoothly and will be dependable many years.

Salesperson Tyler was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option to meet our budget and style preference. Amy followed up and kept us informed throughout the process once our garage door was ordered and arrived and Precision Door was even willing to hold our new garage door in safe keeping while we were having some ceiling work done in our garage and we needed a few extra weeks before we were ready for installation. Amy let us know what to expect prior to installation day and after. The installers Ian and Daniel were punctual, friendly, organized, professional and overall provided exceptional service even in light of the heavy tropical storm rains on and off that day. We would recommend Precision Door to a friend.

Precision Door sent technicians Jason & Matt to install my new garage door & they were punctual (glad that they arrived earlier than scheduled). We had a door emergency just as we were leaving for the airport! We contacted a neighbor for a referral. They had used Precision when replacing their doors, so we called Precision. A tech came out and assessed the door that was jammed; he managed to get our door closed and secured while we were away, and made recommendations for a replacement. The replacement door was installed today and all details were completed. We are very pleased with the follow up and installation, as well as the quality and sturdiness of the new door. The techs were efficient and cleaned up after the installation, as well as instructing us on usage and features. Thank you!

I called Precision to have a salesman visit us to discuss garage doors..Cameron showed up in about an hour. We had very specific expectations for a new door and opener. He was very knowledgeable and able to show and explain doors and openers that met our requirements. The work crew (Matt & Jason) were very organized not only with tools and materials but also very knowledgeable with them. The job was done with precision and in about 3 hours. Everything looks and performs great. Even the final inspector was impressed with the door. We strongly recommend this company.

From the initial phone call to the completed product the process was a pleasure. Austin who came to my home to assess the exiting door, told me of my options resulting in a replacement door was incredibly helpful as there are many options. The two techs Jason and I wish I had retained the other gentlemen's name were extremally professional, polite and neat with the install. Austin also came during the install to meet and speak with myself. I received texts prior to arrival of representatives and emails of updates. I am quite happy and would recommend Precision Door. After a power outage on New Year's Eve, I started having issues with my garage door. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Two employees came out and checked out the door and let me know what they could do. Today, Jimmy, came out to do on the repairs. Very nice gentleman. He explained everything he was going to do and before he left he showed me everything he had done and made sure I understood. Great guy. I would recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. GREAT company and GREAT employees.

We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It's amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.

Right from the beginning when I called first thing in the morning with a broken garage door, they were able to get me taken care of quickly. When Blake Furukawa arrived (on time) he assessed the issue and provided with the options get the job done. Once I agreed to the repair's needed Jancarlos Bautista was dispatched and again arrived on time, fixed the broken springs, explained to me what he was doing and finished the job without any issues.
