Nick was right on time when he was scheduled. He examined my broken door and educated me on what he found. He presented me with what it would take to repair my garage door, why he was recommending those specific repairs and any options I had in quality of parts. Once we agreed on what he was to do, the repairs proceeded quickly. Once they were completed, he walked me through what he had done. He made a couple of suggestions as to things that I could do to help maintain my garage door to get as long a life as possible to the repairs he had just completed. If I ever need another garage door repair in the future, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door Service again.

Chris and Will did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener and key pad. It was so hot today but they worked hard to install everything. Chris explained all of our options and the price breakdown to either repair or replace the opener. We decided to get an all new opener system. After installation they explained everything and tested it all to make sure we understood and it all works great! Evan fixed the unspooled cable and checked our equipment for the root cause. We got an estimate to fix the root cause whenever we would be ready, and chose to complete that repair. Our garage door operates smoothly and no longer squeaks. We also received advice and options for what might happen next, in several years, so we know what is likely to be next down the road.
