Door was repaired quickly. Serviceman arrived on time. Company sent picture of repairman beforehand so I would recognize him when he arrived. I really appreciated that. He went over the working of my entire garage system. Told me price of each thing that needed attention. Which thing needed repair at the time and what could wait until later. I went ahead and did everything recommended. Would recommend Precision to all my friends.

Was having sporadic issues with the remote and sensors. Joseph (Joe) showed up at 2pm; we had the 2-6pm slot, and I explained the problem and he said he needed about 20 minutes to do a check on every part of the garage door and components. The left rail was out of alignment and that was interfering with the door opening and closing properly. About another half hour later, the bottom brackets were replaced and all parts cleaned and lubricated. We had this door, motor, springs, etc installed in November of 2023 and never had any issues or routine maintenance.

The technician reviewed my current opener. Let me know what the cost for each repair and then I could choose, based on what I could afford. He did the installation, cleaned up, including old opener, and explained how the new opener worked. Very professional.

Can't say anything bad at all. From the person who took my call which I believe her name was Ashley. She got me service within an hour and the tech Victor was absolutely amazing. He never tried to upsale me and told me exactly what needed to be fixed and now I barely can even hear the garage door opening or closing. Thank you for your great service and reasonable prices. My service tech, Sophek, was great! He showed up on time, checked the door, and submitted a plan to service the door. The door was making a metal on metal sound. He quickly found the issue and showed me the problem. He also advised me on options for repair and the effect each would have on my door. He was efficient and went above and beyond on the service we agreed to. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door service.
