The service Tech. John was very professional and showed me that my 25-year-old garage door motor would not work anymore with my remote, the rollers are worn out and there were stress cracks on the door panels. The next day Tyler gave me all options for replacing everything with a new garage door system, I was surprised with the low price I received. The installer Sam was very fast, and everything looked & operated great. It was nice to have such a caring team, I got my money's worth.

We had an excellent experience with our garage door installation. Sam and Dean were both exceptionally friendly and professional. Their expertise was evident throughout the process, and given the age of our home and the extensive DIY work previously done in the garage, they took the time to ask thoughtful questions to ensure the installation aligned with our expectations. They even assisted us in choosing the color for the plastic trim, helping us navigate the decision since the new door color differed from our future plans for painting the house. While we opted to hire a different contractor to install the garage door opener due to a significantly lower cost, we were very pleased with the quality and care Sam and Dean brought to the installation itself.

We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It's amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.

We had an issue with both the garage door opener and several parts on the garage door. Precision was able to send Nick out the same day. He did a great job of evaluating the door, explaining the issues to us and giving us an estimate. An hour later, Sam came out and replaced the opener and several parts on the door. Before he left he ensured we were comfortable with operating the door and he also programmed our cars for us. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend Precision. I am always satisfied with the service and the service providers. I am concerned with the equipment. My problems started when I had to switch to the GENIE brand opener. The opener worked, but the KEYPAD had to be replaced, twice! 2 Universal Keypads were installed because they continued to fail without reason, or whenever we experience even the slightest power failure. Today, they installed a GENIE brand keypad, again; and I purchased 2 additional remotes, for my family members who will need access to my house in case of emergencies. Fingers crossed, that this resolves my problem(s)

I chose Precision because they installed my door 12 yrs ago . I got great service then as I did this time . My door needed maintenance as it was not working as quietly as it once did. It was amazing to me to find such a wonderful Co. to install a garage door opener. Not only are they reputable, but very professional and HONEST!! Originally, we had bought and hired a someone through Home Depot to install it. Come to find out, they were charging us $194.00 Extra for an installation kit and to "tighten a wire" that we didn't need tightened in the first place! They were extremely Professional.....parked out on the road in front of the house so as not to risk their vehicle dripping oil on the driveway, they called as they were heading on over and were extremely courteous! I highly recommend this Company for all your garage door openers as they stand behind everyone they sell!
