Nick was right on time when he was scheduled. He examined my broken door and educated me on what he found. He presented me with what it would take to repair my garage door, why he was recommending those specific repairs and any options I had in quality of parts. Once we agreed on what he was to do, the repairs proceeded quickly. Once they were completed, he walked me through what he had done. He made a couple of suggestions as to things that I could do to help maintain my garage door to get as long a life as possible to the repairs he had just completed. If I ever need another garage door repair in the future, I will certainly call Precision Garage Door Service again.

Encountered a sudden failure of one garage door tension cable. Garage door (16') became racked and three rollers were off the track. I can assess and repair about anything, but this was over my head (pun intended). Called Precision Garage Door with their local Palm Coast FL #. Megan took all the info and scheduled a technician for the early evening. Received a call from Julie who had a technician available sooner. Received a call from Victor H that he would arrive in 20 minutes - and DID! Victor and I discussed the issue and the best method of correction. Since the system (except the opener and lift rail) were 20 years old and the door and roller tracks were fine I decided, to have all of the original springs, bushings, cables and rollers replaced. Victor had the whole job completed in 2 hours, exactly as he said it would be. Victor was professional, well versed in the operation and friendly, too boot. I would recommend Precision - and Victor for your Garage Door needs.

Great door at a reasonable price. The installer, Jason Duke, was relatively young, but extremely skilled and professional: on time, no wasted motion, all the tools needed were at hand and easy to access. He tore down the old nearly 50 year old door and installed a new modern code-compliant door by himself in about 4 hours. Great work!

Salesperson Tyler was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option to meet our budget and style preference. Amy followed up and kept us informed throughout the process once our garage door was ordered and arrived and Precision Door was even willing to hold our new garage door in safe keeping while we were having some ceiling work done in our garage and we needed a few extra weeks before we were ready for installation. We had a door emergency just as we were leaving for the airport! We contacted a neighbor for a referral. They had used Precision when replacing their doors, so we called Precision. A tech came out and assessed the door that was jammed; he managed to get our door closed and secured while we were away, and made recommendations for a replacement. The replacement door was installed today and all details were completed. We are very pleased with the follow up and installation, as well as the quality and sturdiness of the new door. We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It's amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.
