Salesperson Tyler was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option to meet our budget and style preference. Amy followed up and kept us informed throughout the process once our garage door was ordered and arrived and Precision Door was even willing to hold our new garage door in safe keeping while we were having some ceiling work done in our garage and we needed a few extra weeks before we were ready for installation. Amy let us know what to expect prior to installation day and after. The installers Ian and Daniel were punctual, friendly, organized, professional and overall provided exceptional service even in light of the heavy tropical storm rains on and off that day. We would recommend Precision Door to a friend.

We had a door emergency just as we were leaving for the airport! We contacted a neighbor for a referral. They had used Precision when replacing their doors, so we called Precision. A tech came out and assessed the door that was jammed; he managed to get our door closed and secured while we were away, and made recommendations for a replacement. The replacement door was installed today and all details were completed. We are very pleased with the follow up and installation, as well as the quality and sturdiness of the new door. The techs were efficient and cleaned up after the installation, as well as instructing us on usage and features. Thank you!

We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It's amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.

Wanted to thank the Precision Door team for the extremely prompt and professional service they provided. Right from the beginning when I called first thing in the morning with a broken garage door, they were able to get me taken care of quickly. When Blake Furukawa arrived (on time) he assessed the issue and provided with the options get the job done. Once I agreed to the repair's needed Jancarlos Bautista was dispatched and again arrived on time, fixed the broken springs, explained to me what he was doing and finished the job without any issues. From start to finish, the process was smooth and easy. Cameron came for the inspection, and he was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and worked in a timely manner. He explained everything thoroughly and gave all the options available for my situation. Jancarlos, who did the repairs/installation was thorough, professional, courteous, and diligent in the repair/installation work. He took the necessary time to explain everything afterward. Both gentlemen made me feel at ease with them being on my property and with the services being provided. I replaced my aging garage door with a hurricane rated door as well as replaced an old noisy garage door opener with a new belt drive motor. My experience was fantastic with all employees which I had the pleasure to interact with. They were all professional, customer focused, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Tyler H. was the first Technician that came out the next morning after I called the office and provided me with several options and recommendations. He applied no sales pressure & actually listened to me wants and needs. Did an excellent job The garage door was ordered from the manufacturer in Ohio & Stephanie S. me posted on the order & shipment status. Ian C. & Sam P. did the actual installation of the new garage door and opener paying meticulous attention to details, answered my questions, explained all features & even programmed my vehicles' Home Link system, which was most appreciated. Very pleased with their work and customer focus.

Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. They were onsite to our home within two hours and repairs made! We needed a new door recently. Needless to say, we called Precision. Everything from sale, to scheduling, to install was excellent!

I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. I would definitely recommend Precision to others. I am waiting for a part that was ordered. I have a few questions about the performance of my remote when the techs return.

I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. Someone did call early the next morning. The employee described what needed to be done, and I agreed to have the door replaced. The workers came as planned, and did an outstanding job. I think they left the garage cleaner than the way they found it. The entire experience was very pleasant, and I am glad that I decided to call Precision. I like my new door.

We called Precision after a lightening strike knocked out our garage door opener. The office staff were courteous and professional and scheduled an appointment for us. They came promptly that day and installed a new system. The techs were punctual, courteous and professional.
