I replaced my aging garage door with a hurricane rated door as well as replaced an old noisy garage door opener with a new belt drive motor. My experience was fantastic with all employees which I had the pleasure to interact with. They were all professional, customer focused, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. Tyler H. was the first Technician that came out the next morning after I called the office and provided me with several options and recommendations. He applied no sales pressure & actually listened to me wants and needs. Did an excellent job The garage door was ordered from the manufacturer in Ohio & Stephanie S. me posted on the order & shipment status. Ian C. & Sam P. did the actual installation of the new garage door and opener paying meticulous attention to details, answered my questions, explained all features & even programmed my vehicles' Home Link system, which was most appreciated. Very pleased with their work and customer focus.

Top flight organization. First discovered them a few years back when springs broke on an old garage door on a Friday evening (not their door). Found Precision online; called them. I was impressed with the speedy appointment time on Christmas Eve day. Rob was right on time, polite, and efficient. He explained all details of necessary repairs and installment. Bryan and Eddie were at my house to do the work immediately even before Rob had left. They were also polite and efficient. Bryan explained all the features of my new door system and was very patient. I would definitely recommend Precision to others. I am waiting for a part that was ordered. I have a few questions about the performance of my remote when the techs return.

I am acquainted with Precision through TV advertisements. I contacted the company in the evening and was pleasantly surprised that someone answered, took my information, and told me that I would get a call in the morning. We called Precision after a lightening strike knocked out our garage door opener. The office staff were courteous and professional and scheduled an appointment for us. They came promptly that day and installed a new system. The techs were punctual, courteous and professional. Precision Door is the best Garage door company ever! My garage door spring broke sometime in the middle of the night. That morning at 530 my daughter had to go to work and I had to manually open the door for her and the car to get out. I called right away and I was scheduled that day.
