Blake and Wayne came to service my garage door. They found the cause of the problem I was having, explained everything to me, then proceeded to fix it. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Then when they were done they explained what was done and how to use. They did not pressure me to do or buy anything. I was very satisfied with their work. This is the third time that we have had work done on our garage door by Precision: (1) install new quiet rollers; (2) replace automatic opener; and (3) a broken spring that trapped our cars in the garage. The replacement of the springs was completed less than three hours after the phone call! 5 stars for all three jobs.

Great Service! The 2 technicians ( Andrew and his assistant ) that came to my house were very professional and walked me through each step as they repaired my garage door. The door needed springs and they went out of their way to make sure they used the right springs for my door. They tuned it up and made some other minor repairs. Now it works fantastic. I would recommend Precision to everyone in need of garage door repairs or replacement.

Precision Door is the best Garage door company ever! My garage door spring broke sometime in the middle of the night. That morning at 530 my daughter had to go to work and I had to manually open the door for her and the car to get out. I called right away and I was scheduled that day. The service tech showed up earlier than expected and made repairs. Thank you Percision Door.
