My mother's garage door spring broke unexpectedly, and he responded promptly, diagnosed the issue quickly, called me with the repair options and completed the repair efficiently. His workings hip was excellent, and it was clear he takes pride in providing quality service. Most importantly, he treated my mother with respect and kindness, which we greatly appreciated. Needed a broken spring replaced they wanted to repair the complete door the price quoted was approximately $2600.00 Then a price was given for just the springs at first it was approximately $900 for the good springs I said to much so I got the cheap springs for $773. You can buy a pair of the best selling springs on Amazon for $95 and either install them yourself or hire a handyman for a $200 or less. Oh by the way I was told my warranty had just expired.

Technician Victor was early, explained issue in detail. Provided several solution options and finished early. He then helped program everything , explained in detail how all operated, maintenance suggestions etc. He was extremely polite, respectful and clearly enjoyed his job. I was very pleased with the level of service I received from Precision today. I completed a request online last night around 10pm. Someone called me today and they were able to fit me in two hours later. A small time window was given for both of my appointments and both technicians were on time. I received a text (with a photo and background information about each technician) to inform me the technician was on the way. Both technicians also called me to give me a specific time of arrival after the text was received. Both men seemed knowledgeable and were helpful, kind, and not pushy. I would use their services again! Thank you Precision!

I'm really impressed. Around 10am today, I reached out for a simple service request thinking that there was just something wrong with one of our sensors. Blake came out to assess by 1pm - diagnosed the problem, gave us 4 different solution options, and had us set up for a repair with a technician the same day. Victor came next at 4:45 to install all the new parts. Both guys were polite, respectful, and professional. They both were very clear on timing & expectations through the process. They both called on their way with accurate times. Finally, they both upheld all their commitments. There are a lot of companies out there now that are flakey and don't follow through. This experience was very refreshing from beginning to end. OH, and I chat with someone named Cassie (spelling?) before Blake came out to answer a few questions for me and she was great too. All around, really impressed by our experience today.

Precision sums up the service we received from Precision Garage Door of Orlando. We called at 10:16 am and Noah (Operations Support) told us that a Service Technician would contact us. At 12:29 pm Cameron contacted us to say he is on his way. Cameron did his thorough assessment, gave us a quote for replacing our garage door opener. When we accepted his recommendation and quote, he told us that Victor would come and do the replacement later that same afternoon. At 3:25 pm Victor texted to say he is on his way. At 7 pm we had a new silent Lift Master Garage Door opener operational. This is customer service for you. Congratulations and thank you Team Precision Garage Door of Orlando… We are impressed and have no hesitation in recommending you all.

Friday the day after the Hurricane IAN, I went online to Precision Door to schedule a repair of my garage door. Online scheduling was easy and quick to fill out and had an opening for the following day with a window of 8A-12P. Nick texted and phoned 15 minutes till 8 to let me know his ETA. Nick was polite, professional, and provided a low hassle detailed quote. The quote was a very fair price for the overhaul & repair. Victor texted & phoned with his ETA (only 40 minutes later). Victor completed the repair in a few hours. I received before and after photos of my repair and a detailed invoice. Process from start to finish was efficient, professional, and excellent craftmanship. Excellent Service, hands down!!!!

Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule an appointment online. The day they were scheduled to arrive I received a call giving me an update on the time they would arrive and the tech called me when he was on his way. Victor was amazing and so personable. Definitely made me feel like I was making the right decision and he was happy to discuss options with me. So glad we chose them to repair our garage door!
