I had a complete overhaul done to my garage door, everything was replaced except for the panels. This will be my third time using precision and about 18 years. I really appreciate the confirmation emails and text messages and letting me know who the tech will be as well as his photo and bio. When the tech arrives he listens he takes pictures before and after and is very thorough. Because of these reasons is why I keep calling them whenever I need work done on my garage door.

Friday the day after the Hurricane IAN, I went online to Precision Door to schedule a repair of my garage door. Online scheduling was easy and quick to fill out and had an opening for the following day with a window of 8A-12P. Nick texted and phoned 15 minutes till 8 to let me know his ETA. Nick was polite, professional, and provided a low hassle detailed quote. The quote was a very fair price for the overhaul & repair. Victor texted & phoned with his ETA (only 40 minutes later). Victor completed the repair in a few hours. I received before and after photos of my repair and a detailed invoice. Process from start to finish was efficient, professional, and excellent craftmanship. Excellent Service, hands down!!!!
