Precision Garage was recommended to me by my realtor, and they did not disappoint! The sales/quote guy was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He didn't try to oversell me, but answered my questions and even kindly repeated the information when I asked my father-in-law his opinion. Once we decided what to do, the service guys were out just an hour or two later. My house was chaotic that day with my moving company here and I also had another service rep, but the service team took care of what they needed while I could handle other things. They were great teaching me all the things I needed to know about my new garage door openers. Precision's staff was awesome, and I really, really like the motors & hardware they installed.

Awesome Company!! Called Wednesday afternoon and Rob was out early the next morning. Unfortunately, the motor was shot and Jacob was out a couple hours later and installed a new opener. Highly recommend PDS!

Here we are on a Saturday morning and we have garage door maintenance, that in itself is amazing. What a professional group of people to come and fix our much needed work to be done on our builder grade garage doors, that is two doors. An upgrade that was obviously needed. We prayed for about 4 months for the right garage door company to do an overhaul on our 20 yr old garage door. While my sister in Christ was praying for me, Precision popped up on her computer. Tyler gave me several options to allow for budget constraints, explaining everything thoroughly. Mason was over the top in going over all that he had done. Everything as promised. No surprises. We had an issue with our garage door opener. Tyler found that it was just a loose connection on the safety sensors and rewired both sides. The company that installed the door charges an $85 call out fee. Precision only charges $20. Very honest service at a great price.

Nicholas Faust was very professional. He called 30 min in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and inspected the door, even though it was new construction. He is very maticulous like myself so I appreciated it. After he thought he was done, he left and returned with a new motor, only because he heard a small click. My wife said she didn’t even hear it but he did and said “ I don’t want to leave you guys like that” that is (A+) customer service. Doing the right thing just because it’s the right thing.
