Justin and Austin worked non stop replacing my old garage door and opener with a really nice garage door with windows. They also installed a Liftmaster Opener with all the bells and whistles. They did a fabulous job and left the area spotless. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I called Precision Garage Door to fix my garage door at my place of business. To make a very long story short, when I got my quote, it was way too much, so I wanted to get bids from other companies. When I told the tech that, he stated, Let me call my supervisor and asked me what it would take to make me happy so they could do the job. Right there, I stopped work, thanked him for coming, and that was it. How about you give customers the best and final price you can, and that's how you earn trust. Bargaining back and forth is a waste of my time. The technician was extremely nice, but when it comes to business practices, if you give somebody their final price and it's fair and the lowest the company can go, then that is how trust is built. Also, some of the fixes the technician said I needed turned out to be bogus. I needed another company to come out, and one that has successfully fixed the problem. Also, that is deceptive to try to upsell.

I looked up garage door repairs in Altamonte Springs. Precision Garage Doors came up & I recall seeing their truck in my neighborhood. I setup a next day appt online. The communication process throughout my dealing with this company was excellent. My garage door is 30yrs old and needed a lot of upgrading. I had 2 different service technicians; Carlos & JC. Both of these techs were professional & personable. An initial repair was done by Carlos. I then discovered another problem and setup another appt. JC was my technician for this second visit. Turns out, I needed an extensive amount of work. Throughout this process, I got an education on garage repairs and am pleased that my door is now upgraded and safe. I can recommend this company.

Precision Door sent technicians Jason & Matt to install my new garage door & they were punctual (glad that they arrived earlier than scheduled). I called Precision to have a salesman visit us to discuss garage doors..Cameron showed up in about an hour. We had very specific expectations for a new door and opener. He was very knowledgeable and able to show and explain doors and openers that met our requirements. The work crew (Matt & Jason) were very organized not only with tools and materials but also very knowledgeable with them. The job was done with precision and in about 3 hours. Everything looks and performs great. Even the final inspector was impressed with the door. We strongly recommend this company.

I had my spring break on my garage door. I had Ron Wiggins come out and do the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and suggested I get two springs and two new cables which i agreed. He also gave me a estimate for a new garage door. I liked everything he said and suggested. Great guy. 15 min. Later the installer came. His name was James Jacob. James did a jam up job. He put the new springs and cables on. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got my garage door working well. Great guy and dam good installer. I call Precision to service my garage door as they were local to my area of Orlando. They were quick to send someone first to determine the cause of my problem and then to give me options for repairs needed and then once I agreed to the service they recommended they had an installer on his way to my home to make the repairs right away. Just yesterday Precision Door Service installed two new garage doors and openers. The two installers were terrific the entire time they were at our house. All of the work was done in one day and in a very professional manner. The guys walked us through the MyQ app setup so that we can remotely open and close, as well as monitor, our doors. We chose the opener device that is extremely quiet and it certainly is. We could not be happier with the products we chose and with the expert work of the installers.

Precision Door came up when I google searched how to fix a broken garage door. Had emergency replacement done on a broken spring. I also opted for the door overhaul package: rollers, pulley, and bearing plate replacements. Blake came out to do my estimate and Beau did the actual repair. Everyone I dealt with starting with Jessica on the phone to the two technicians were friendly, courteous and prompt. I was lucky they were already in my area and showed up to work exactly when they estimated. The work done is superb and our ten year old garage door sounds brand new again!

Replaced opener that was not working properly. Also replaced spring which they had installed a few years ago. Fixed door so it was balanced properly. Explained me options as I am in my 80's and don't want more than I need. Gave me a Senior discount, a coupon discount, and a lifetime guarantee. We used precision to replace our garage door opener several years ago. They did a first class job and up graded the roller mechanism--so it worked more smoothly and mitigated the vibration that was causing some minor cracking in the garage ceiling. They were prompt, professional and reasonable. We had a problem with a spring failing today. They came out within hours and replaced the spring free of charge under the warranty- no costs for parts or labor. We are obviously very pleased. 1/25/19

Technician Eric Heintz came out on a Saturday to tend to an issue my tenant was having with the garage door. I had initially called the Home Warranty Service Company, who's techs came out and stated I needed a new motor and new spring for over $600.00.... Eric unplugged the motor waited a few minutes and it reset! Honesty and Integrity! That's Precision Garage Door!
