I had a great experience with Chris. He was very thorough when inspecting our door, clearly explaining the issues and prioritizing the necessary repairs by urgency. He replaced our opener efficiently and did a fantastic job. He even went above and beyond by helping set up our car remote before he left. I highly recommend his services!

Very pleased with the responsiveness and quality of staff. I’d been putting off having someone look at our garage door that would no longer go up and down with the opener, as I just didn’t want to deal with whoever might come out to look at it. My technician Chris did not try to upsell and presented an option for repair, as well as replacement for the 28 year old opener. I ended up replacing the unit after asking many questions and determining it was likely going to need replaced in the near future. Chris was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Definitely glad I decided to call Precision Garage Doors.

Chris and Will did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener and key pad. It was so hot today but they worked hard to install everything. Chris explained all of our options and the price breakdown to either repair or replace the opener. We decided to get an all new opener system. After installation they explained everything and tested it all to make sure we understood and it all works great!
