Chris and Will did a fantastic job installing a new garage door opener and key pad. It was so hot today but they worked hard to install everything. Chris explained all of our options and the price breakdown to either repair or replace the opener. We decided to get an all new opener system. After installation they explained everything and tested it all to make sure we understood and it all works great! I contacted Precision to do a service on my garage door. Chris arrived contacted me before he arrived. He was on time and very polite. Chris started by inspecting the door and opener and asked if I had concerns. He reviewed his finds with me. No push for up selling but did let me know of potential issues. Chris got to work quickly. Encountered a sudden failure of one garage door tension cable. Garage door (16') became racked and three rollers were off the track. I can assess and repair about anything, but this was over my head (pun intended). Called Precision Garage Door with their local Palm Coast FL #. Megan took all the info and scheduled a technician for the early evening. Received a call from Julie who had a technician available sooner. Received a call from Victor H that he would arrive in 20 minutes - and DID! Victor and I discussed the issue and the best method of correction. Since the system (except the opener and lift rail) were 20 years old and the door and roller tracks were fine I decided, to have all of the original springs, bushings, cables and rollers replaced. Victor had the whole job completed in 2 hours, exactly as he said it would be. Victor was professional, well versed in the operation and friendly, too boot. I would recommend Precision - and Victor for your Garage Door needs.

I originally had an appt on a Sunday …first of all I was SHOCKED when they offered me that since I work all week. Who does that these days????? lol…I happened to have gotten off work early on Thurs and called them at about 230 to see if anyone could come that day…they said yes and Chris was at my house 2 hrs later!!! Chris was absolutely awesome …he checked everything to find the problem and as much as I hated to know that the other company I had used previously gave me wrong parts which led to the breaking of the door he was very thorough and showed me everything and explained about it all in simple terms. He was very professional and very knowledgeable and worked quickly to get me fixed up. This young man was the reason I went ahead and got the work done without getting another opinion …I actually canceled appt with other company. I didn’t feel that he was feeding me BS just to sell parts. I just can’t say enough good things about Chris …he was the epitome of what customer service is all about which so many companies severely lack these days! He made sure everything worked fine when he was finished and again showed me and told me about everything again. Thank you Chris and I’m sorry you missed most of the game but score didn’t look in your favor anyway..lol
