What stood out most was his honesty, professionalism, and how personable he was throughout the visit. We had great, friendly conversation, and he took the time to explain everything clearly, which made the whole experience easy and comfortable. I originally needed standard springs replaced, but since they weren’t available, Tyler upgraded me to powder-coated high-cycle springs at the same price. He also replaced a plastic spacer with a proper center bearing, which significantly improved the overall system. On top of that, he identified that my builder had left out multiple #1 hinges—something that could have caused long-term issues. Instead of upselling, he gave me straightforward advice and suggested I could purchase them myself to save money. He also adjusted the chain on my opener and, rather than pushing a replacement, told me it was “old but a tank” and to keep it. That kind of honesty is rare. The door is now smoother, quieter, and clearly operating better than before. Tyler went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing garage door service. If you can request a technician, ask for Tyler—you’ll be glad you did.

As a guy selling garage doors brand new for $3,000 installed , to have this company come out here to give me a repair estimate of $3,865 for simply replacing 2 springs & 2 bearings. It’s kind of ridiculous . 15 minutes later calling the boss and lowering the price to $865 and stating now and refuse to email me the quote . Precision Garage Door Service was great from the beginning to the end. I had to replace my garage door and the representative who sold me my door listen and advised the best option for the door I was looking to replace. The Installers, very professional and knowledgeable, installed my garage door, advised me, answered all questions and inspected my door as well. Only 1 small issue, which is being addressed was that one of the panels were dented, but Precision is making it right and getting a replacement panel for my garage. Very happy with the service.
