I bought my garage door and opener a few years ago from Precision Door. Recently a power surge damaged my opener and I contacted Precision. Within a few days a technician came over to access my problem. I had to buy a new opener. I had to wait for the new opener to come in. Precision called me to schedule a time for someone to come over and install the new opener and belt. Cooper came over. He installed everything and programmed my remotes in a timely fashion. Absolutely fantastic! Mason and Cooper are true professionals just like the good old days. Mason came out and gave me a free estimate. He suggested several options and I told him that I wanted a garage door opener with no frills, just the basics. He found one and Cooper came and installed it the same day. It took about 5 hours. Cooper explained everything after the job was done and even cleaned up. This was better than I expected. Truly professional and courteous installers.
