We had a complete overhaul of our garage door system. Nick McAdory arrived to assess the situation. His explanations, recommendations and general advice were thoroughly explained. He reviewed the quote and addressed our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Arrangements were quickly made to compete the job. Jancarlos Bautista arrived an hour later to complete the repair. His work was impeccable. His explanations were clear and concise. He addressed all issues and, before leaving, made sure we were completely satisfied, explaining each step of the repair so we had an in-depth understanding of the work. He is a most impressive young man, a consummate professional and a credit to Precision. The company is A+ and “5-star in every respect. I contacted Precision late in the afternoon due to an issue with my garage door. The technician Nick was at my house the next day at 8am to assess the issue. He was very thorough, explained the issue and gave me several options for fixing my garage door. Another Technician (Evan and his associate) were dispatched to install the repairs later that same afternoon. Evan explained the repairs that were agreed would be performed and then reviewed the repairs once they were finished. Everything but the door itself needed replaced. He also assisted with setting up the App that came with the new garage opener. Great customer service start to finish!

I was looking for a better garage door system then originally installed by builder. After just 3 years of use it was making quit a bit of noise when opening and closing, door operation was no longer smooth. I contacted Precision because of tv commercials I've seen over the last couple of years. It was easy to set up an appointment and they were out very quickly to inspect and provided three different repair/replace options to choose from. After selecting my preferred repair the technician checked on available parts and were back the next day to complete the repair. The technician was very polite and professional and the repairs exceed my expectations, I couldn't be happyer.

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door tune-up and repair needs. In my case, the garage door began to have high pitch squealing sounds going up or down in the last couple of days. The garage door was installed (when the house was built 10 years ago), and just had the minimal quality of rollers, springs and cable to get the garage door operational (pass house inspection), but nothing long term. After researching on the internet, I found Precision Garage Door Company had 5 stars from just about every customer whose garage door they service. After speaking with the service center technician, they had a service tech at my house within 45 minutes. The service tech was named Rob and he was very professional and personal when we meet. He was very meticulous in taking measurements and pictures of the entire garage door and its operating components. He then explained why I was having the high pitch squealing sounds and (I did not know) why the door motor was dragging. He explains all the equipment and parts needed to upgrade my door for a smother operation and the three types of repair plans. I made my selection of the repair plan, and he advised that a repair team would out to the house within a couple of hours. Within 45 minutes to an hour, Repair Technician Brittney and her assistant showed up to work on my garage door, they too were very professional and personal, and went right to work. In as little as over an hour or more, Brittney and assistant had completed the required repairs and equipment upgrades. She ensured the door operated properly and smoothly before cleaning up and departing. It has changed the operation of my garage door by leaps and bounds, by 100 percent. Again, I highly recommend Precision Garage Door for all your garage door needs, as well as this team that came to my house. Thank you.

Very friendly answering all my questions while she was doing the installation, very knowledgeable performing the work and helpful setting up and programming my remotes. We've used Precision since 2010 for maintenance of our old door. Service has been very satisfactory. So we chose Precision when it came time to replace our entire door and lift hardware. Our Precision experience was outstanding! Tyler provided a thorough explanation of door replacement selection options, the work plan, and costs. The company home office was helpful and easy to work with. Ian and Anthony did a super job installing the new door and lift system. They were professional and the quality of the product is outstanding. Thanks to all of the staff from the sales rep to the installers. I recently had to call for an adjustment, their warranty covered this and the employee "Maurice" who came to look at the problem, took his time, made sure that alignment was done and went over the adjustment and called me out to demonstrate the adjustment was done to my satisfaction and explained everything he had done.
