Chris did a great job of explaining the service he was going to perform. He thoroughly inspected garage door and made the necessary adjustments. I was extremely satisfied with the service. We had our garage door replaced by Precision in 2021 and it works well. I recommend them highly.

I had some big trouble with my garage door and a friend recommended Precision. First, they gave me an appointment less than 24 hours from my call. Time window 10-2, Anthony showed up at 10:15. He did a thorough inspection, walked me through every detail, every option. He presented the things that were necessary to make the door even work, discussed the things that would make it work better and have a longer life, and things that could be put off for a good while without compromising the 'health' of the mechanisms. He was very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell that he likes his job and seems very trustworthy. I have no experience with garage door repairs as a homeowner, only as a renter. So I'm not sure how reasonable the price is, but I suspect it's about average. He had everything needed to get the job done and worked fast and left everything cleaned up! I'm happy :)

Our technician was awesome our 20 year old garage spring broke Saturday night and he was here just before 8am on Sunday, he was great at explaining all of our options , he informed me on several things I can do to help maintain but mainly, he does a very detailed job. Installation is flawless And It’s the quietest garage door I’ve never heard

Tyler and Tiffany both get 5 stars from me! Tyler explained my options in selecting a new garage opener and showed me what I needed to have fixed to insure my outcome was the best option for my garage door. Very knowledgeable and courteous willing to listen to the customer and help with all questions I asked. Tiffany was awesome! Very friendly answering all my questions while she was doing the installation, very knowledgeable performing the work and helpful setting up and programming my remotes. Tiffany went over everything she did before she left and answered all my questions! Awesome Teamwork!

The technicians were very professional and very thorough before they even do the job by taking pictures of the garage doors and all its parts before they start. The tech Brittany called a head to let me know she was on her way , and did a good job. My home is a new construction so it required everything needed for a new garage door opener. Needed a chain/belt replaced on overhead garage door opener. The process of an estimator then a technician to repair was a surprise, I thought the person coming out would take care of everything since the intake person wasn't clear and transparent about this, n order to establish the correct expectations, but other than that, both Rob the tech/estimator and Brittany the tech/ repair person were EXCELLENT!! They were very professional, respectful and quick in performing their duties and got the job done the same day and at a reasonable price!! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

After getting sick of my garage door remotes doing goofy things, I called Precision to come and figure it out. They came the same day and the outcome was a new opener (I had no idea how old mine was as it was here when I bought my house 4+ years ago) and also they checked the door itself and replaced parts as needed. The techs were great and they did all this the same day. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door/opener repair/replacement!
