The technicians were very professional and very thorough before they even do the job by taking pictures of the garage doors and all its parts before they start. The tech Brittany called a head to let me know she was on her way , and did a good job. My home is a new construction so it required everything needed for a new garage door opener. I have no complaints.

Needed a chain/belt replaced on overhead garage door opener. The process of an estimator then a technician to repair was a surprise, I thought the person coming out would take care of everything since the intake person wasn't clear and transparent about this, n order to establish the correct expectations, but other than that, both Rob the tech/estimator and Brittany the tech/ repair person were EXCELLENT!! They were very professional, respectful and quick in performing their duties and got the job done the same day and at a reasonable price!! I would definitely recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

After getting sick of my garage door remotes doing goofy things, I called Precision to come and figure it out. They came the same day and the outcome was a new opener (I had no idea how old mine was as it was here when I bought my house 4+ years ago) and also they checked the door itself and replaced parts as needed. The techs were great and they did all this the same day. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door/opener repair/replacement!
