Although the response was quick and technician was here early Monday morning, I felt the price was excessive being that it was just a reset that I couldn’t figure out. He did require and tighten down bolts and lube. I felt he did this to justify the $209 I was charged. It took him all of 20 minutes to. I observed it was just an additional step he made in resetting the motor to get it operating again.

Anthony was a very nice young man, he diagnosed the problems and showed me everything. He worked up a quote that I thought was very reasonable and began to repair my door. I must say he did a great job and we’re very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision and I’m glad I chose them.

Our garage door went out of alignment. We called Precision on Saturday evening and they sent someone on Sunday. Even though we were last on the list our tech, Anthony, showed up at 9 PM and wouldn’t leave until the problem was completely fixed which was almost 11 PM. Anthony was excellent in every way! He was professional, friendly, courteous, and asked all the right questions. He didn’t try to sell us a new door, but gave us an honest recommendation for what needed to be fixed and what we should do to prevent the problem from happening again. I highly recommend Anthony and would like to thank him for his excellent service.

I had a horrible experience with this company, their technician came out and said the spring was worn out, I asked how much to replace it ? He told me $2100. Then he said he can give me a discount of $300 for healthcare workers. I payed $1800.it didn’t sit well with me I called D&D Garage and Armstrong and they told $690 and $710. I called back the company and ask why was I charged $1800 and other companies are charging over $1000 less. The person who said he’s a manager responded that every company is different. I told him I will be posting the receipts on every social media platform what they did with the price and will be going to Better Business Bureau. He quickly asked me how much do I want to pay? I told him to charge me the correct amount he knows I should pay. Ended up paying $750. They credited me the difference. Very dishonest.

Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to us by our neighbor! They came out this morning, evaluated our garage door and recommended all new hardware and motor. Ours was at least 20+ years old. Garage door itself is fine. The tech was here within 1 1/2 hours. Sean did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and showed us how the new hardware works.
