I had a complete Hardware Overhaul along with a new 87504 Lift Opener installed. My thoughts: Pro's: Amazing customer service at every level from Viktor the Estimator to Jimmy the Installer. Knowledgeable, fast response times with questions and options, I had an appointment within 24 hours of accepting a quote, patient and very polite. My garage upon completion can hardly be heard when opening or closing, excellent motion LED lights and Camera system. Top quality hardware all around. Con's: Zero. Job well done Precision! Super impressed and Thank you and your Team.

The whole Precision Door experience was better than we expected. From Noah, Stephanie and Amber in the office to Cooper, Ian and Matt in the field….all were knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. Everything went smoothly and professionally. Ian went out of his way to make sure we were all set up and comfortable with the system before he and Matt left after completing the installation. I was having problems with my garage door opener and I had seen TV advertisements about Precision Overhead Garage Door in the past. I called and asked them to come and give me a quote on what my garage door needed in order for it to be in good operating condition. Cameron came out and gave me three choices of what type of garage door openers I would need and all of the necessary parts I would require. Turns out my garage door was very old and so were the parts. Twenty-five years old to be exact. The quote ranged from Good to Better to Best and the dollar prices involved. I conferred with my brother and landed up choosing the Best quote for my particular requirement. Jason came out to do the work and he did a great job. Jason was very neat and had the job done in a matter of hours. I was impressed with both Cameron and Jason. I would highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door.

Scott was very professional and did a great job! He explained everything he did and even answered a few other questions for me. When he finished the repair, he helped reprogram my controllers so I was back to normal in a flash! So happy I purchased the new opener from Precision Door, once again they provided top level service.

Weekend hours, ie. 24/7 days a week. Garage door repair. From the time I called your office to the completion of our repairs, I could not have asked for a more professional repair person than Nick! He explained the repairs needed in terms I could understand. When he knew he could do the repairs that day, Sunday, I knew I had chosen the right company. The $20.00 trip charge was taken off and we got a Seniors Discount!! You are the best. I had called a company we had used just this August, no information they were not open 24/7, nothing on their website to let you know that. Very poor when you are dealing with an issue where you cannot lift a 500 lb garage door to get out of the garage. A safety issue that Precision takes seriously by being open 24/7. Thanks for keeping us safe, even on weekends. We had several parts that needed to be replaced and Nick had them all on his truck.

Bret was personable, professional, thorough, and knowledgeable.....was very impressed with his work and performance. He did not try to pressure sell me into something I did not need. Bret explained what was needed, the options recommended and then after my decision went ahead with the work without judgement. Great company. Great product. They upgraded garage door at home and did makeover on one at office—-new springs, rollers, etc. The beast was tamed. Also installed electric system on each. No complaints. Tech stayed at it in both cases until it was perfect. Highly recommended.

Precision was as good if not better than my son told me they were. They called and arrived on time. Inspected everything and explained everything and answered any questions I had. The Techs were friendly, careful and cleaned up when they were done. They made sure I knew how to work everything that was new. Quite a number of years ago I phoned Precision Door on a Sunday. My garage door would not go down and I needed help that day to secure my home for the night. Precision Door was listed as being available seven days a week and they sent someone out to service my garage door. I have not called anyone else since that time. I have always been served with courtesy and reasonable pricing. The customer service is outstanding. Thank you. Due to the hurricane I requested a quote for a new garage door.
