The technician, Evan, arrived when he said he would and checked our door. He gave us an estimate that was fair and did not appear to be trying to "size us up" for what we would be willing to pay. Evan fixed the unspooled cable and checked our equipment for the root cause. We got an estimate to fix the root cause whenever we would be ready, and chose to complete that repair. Our garage door operates smoothly and no longer squeaks. We also received advice and options for what might happen next, in several years, so we know what is likely to be next down the road. Thank you Evan! You were courteous and professional. We never felt pressured to need to make a rushed decision.

My call to precision was for a service check, as I normally do every 2 years. The only concern was my remote opener so I agreed to replace because of the age and the unit I have had for 20years. The service tech was a little pushy on explaining that which I already knew but I agreed to replace my opener. I felt the cost was a bit much but he had another charge on his paper for an additional service cost at 180.00 and 170. for a replacement button. I have sense found the same unit for 50.00 and also I have a hard time getting a copy of my bill. I have used precision for a lot of years but with this service I am done. Please mail me my bill as shown to me with 3 service charges on it.

Garage door broke yesterday. I called and they set up an appointment for this morning for us. Anthony called when he was on the way, gave me a detailed breakdown and a variety of options on how to fix it. There was absolutely no pressure to buy the top of the line fix. Although the response was quick and technician was here early Monday morning, I felt the price was excessive being that it was just a reset that I couldn’t figure out. He did require and tighten down bolts and lube. I felt he did this to justify the $209 I was charged. It took him all of 20 minutes to. I observed it was just an additional step he made in resetting the motor to get it operating again.
