Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service of Central Florida. Felix did an overall check of my garage door and explained thoroughly his findings. He put together several quotes and walked me through each one where I could determine the extent of the repair. Felix did not pressure and made all the repairs the same day, including a new opener. My door can be easily lifted in case of an emergency now and it goes up and down so quietly. What an improvement. Highly recommend asking for Felix to repair your door. He was very good.

My call to precision was for a service check, as I normally do every 2 years. The only concern was my remote opener so I agreed to replace because of the age and the unit I have had for 20years. The service tech was a little pushy on explaining that which I already knew but I agreed to replace my opener. I felt the cost was a bit much but he had another charge on his paper for an additional service cost at 180.00 and 170. for a replacement button. I have sense found the same unit for 50.00 and also I have a hard time getting a copy of my bill. I have used precision for a lot of years but with this service I am done. Please mail me my bill as shown to me with 3 service charges on it.

Wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for a “no show” yesterday. My appt window was 2 - 6pm, and I sat around waiting until 7pm…very disappointed!!! Therefore the one star review. I was also surprised that I was not offered a discount for wasting 5 hours of my time.

I called Precision Door Service to fix my garage door. The old motor broke down. I was able to have someone come to inspect the garage, that person was Nick. Nick was great on time, I explained what had happened. He took a look took some pictures. Then explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. Then Evan came to install the new motor and springs. Evan was also awesome, polite on time good worker. I would highly recommend using both Nick and Evan. Thank you again for your help in this matter.

From the beginning meeting with meeting Brittney to Ian and Matthew doing the install we have been very pleased with the customer service. Ian and Matthew did an excellent job installing the new garage door at my mother-in-law's home. When she came home she was thrilled at how nice it looked. She loves that she now has natural light coming through the windows. When she closed the door she was amazed at how quiet it is. Ian let me know when he was on the way by text message and a phone call. They a great job providing before and after pictures. The job site was cleaned up after. Thanks for the great work from beginning to end. We will definitely recommend Precision to our friends!

So, 1 of our 2 garage door springs broke...grrrrrr! Contacted Precision Door Service, and within 1-1/2 hrs, Rob was at our home to take a look, and offered our options...replace springs only, replace springs + door parts + 1/2hp motor/rail, or replace springs + door parts + 3/4hp motor/rail. Our old motor/rail had been making a fair amount of noise and was 20+ yrs old...we went with option #3...a one-and-done decision that should cover us for a long time...LIFETIME warranty on motor & belt + 10yr warranty on all door parts. He made a couple calls to setup installation, and within 1 hr, Evan arrived. Very, VERY knowledgeable, personable and expedient! From start to finish, Evan had it all wrapped-up in only 1-1/2 hrs!! We are very pleased with the response we received...this company has their ducks-in-a-row, including taking pics before & after, all electronic invoicing, status reports of each step, texts showing who would be showing-up at our home (including pic for identification). Needed a broken spring replaced they wanted to repair the complete door the price quoted was approximately $2600.00 Then a price was given for just the springs at first it was approximately $900 for the good springs I said to much so I got the cheap springs for $773. You can buy a pair of the best selling springs on Amazon for $95 and either install them yourself or hire a handyman for a $200 or less. Oh by the way I was told my warranty had just expired.
