So, 1 of our 2 garage door springs broke...grrrrrr! Contacted Precision Door Service, and within 1-1/2 hrs, Rob was at our home to take a look, and offered our options...replace springs only, replace springs + door parts + 1/2hp motor/rail, or replace springs + door parts + 3/4hp motor/rail. Our old motor/rail had been making a fair amount of noise and was 20+ yrs old...we went with option #3...a one-and-done decision that should cover us for a long time...LIFETIME warranty on motor & belt + 10yr warranty on all door parts. He made a couple calls to setup installation, and within 1 hr, Evan arrived. Very, VERY knowledgeable, personable and expedient! From start to finish, Evan had it all wrapped-up in only 1-1/2 hrs!! We are very pleased with the response we received...this company has their ducks-in-a-row, including taking pics before & after, all electronic invoicing, status reports of each step, texts showing who would be showing-up at our home (including pic for identification). The two service tech's that your company sent out to repair my garage door were GREAT. They both were very professional. The first tech was here at the time that I was quoted from the office when I had called, which was between 3 pm & 6 pm the same day. He was the one that inspected the job and gave me an estimate and even called the tech that was to do the repairs and had him to start toward our location.He was close because he was here in about 5 minuets. He started immediately and replaced both springs,adjusted and lubricaced all the rollers and hinges.He doubled checked all his work and was out of here in about 2 hours. Job well done guys and I will recommend this company and these two techs to anyone who needs a honest company and honest tech and quick same day service. Needed to have our garage door repaired and based on word of mouth and advertising gave Precision a call to see what they thought needed to be done to correct the issue. I set-up a appointment and met with I believe Ron/Rod two days later. He did a thorough analysis and explanation of the problems that needed to be corrected. He also presented me with 3 options I could choose from for the repairs along with the cost. After agreeing on one of the options he arranged for another individual to complete the repairs the next day. Chris showed up on time and completed the work in a timely manner and thoroughly explained exactly what he did to correct the repairs. Both individuals were efficient and professional and I would not hesitate to refer anyone to Precision for work or replacement of their garage doors. Thanks

Rob, the technician, pointed out repairs that were needed on my 25 yr. old double garage door. I requested an estimate to replace the door and Rob took the time to put together an estimate and explained everything that was listed. Our garage door had a sudden malfunction on a Tuesday evening. Wouldn't open or close. Called several services. All wanted to make we wait 1-2 weeks except Precision. Called them Wednesday morning and two hours later had four repair options to consider. Picked an option and a technician was on site to do the work in the afternoon. Mason, the technician did excellent work. In less than 3 hours the work was complete and the new parts work great. Replaced everything except the existing garage door. The door is so quiet with new spring, motor and track that you can hardly hear it go up and down. Highly recommend these folks for their courtesy and professionalism.
