We had an issue with both the garage door opener and several parts on the garage door. Precision was able to send Nick out the same day. He did a great job of evaluating the door, explaining the issues to us and giving us an estimate. An hour later, Sam came out and replaced the opener and several parts on the door. Before he left he ensured we were comfortable with operating the door and he also programmed our cars for us. Both men were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We highly recommend Precision. I would highly recommend Precision for any repairs or new installations. We had a broken torsion spring and a very loud door opener because of the builder putting in an under sized door opener. Garage door broke on a Sunday right after lunch. I thought I would be charged an still and leg for a Sunday service call. Was I surprised when my tech Jerry gave me the estimate. No weekend service charge and they even had a special. Door was fixed within a couple hours at a very fair price. I will definitely use them again.
