From my initial quote to installation, Precision Door made every step easy and stress free. I received quotes from 3 other companies, and they had the best price. My technician, Austin, did a wonderful job with my door and opener installation. He explained how everything worked and did the installation quickly. I would recommend Precision Door to anyone looking for a new garage door/opener.

Techs Roland and Sopheak are competent, professional, and "neighborly." When Roland came for the estimate, he listened intently to what we found problematic with our contractor-grade door. He then walked us through what would be done to make our problems disappear. I asked why we wouldn't just put in a new door on multiple occasions, and he answered, "Because you don't need a new door." Integrity! The crew was very conscientious about explaining what was done . . . and we could sense a degree of pride in his work. As we all stood back and looked at the finished work - what I call a ground-up mod, Roland asked if expectations were met, and we said - NOI! They were exceeded. We spent a good portion of the next hour just opening and closing the door . . . and hearing no vibrations or sounds. Wow!

Salesperson Tyler was knowledgeable and helped us choose the best option to meet our budget and style preference. Amy followed up and kept us informed throughout the process once our garage door was ordered and arrived and Precision Door was even willing to hold our new garage door in safe keeping while we were having some ceiling work done in our garage and we needed a few extra weeks before we were ready for installation. Amy let us know what to expect prior to installation day and after. The installers Ian and Daniel were punctual, friendly, organized, professional and overall provided exceptional service even in light of the heavy tropical storm rains on and off that day. We would recommend Precision Door to a friend.

Wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for a “no show” yesterday. My appt window was 2 - 6pm, and I sat around waiting until 7pm…very disappointed!!! Therefore the one star review. I was also surprised that I was not offered a discount for wasting 5 hours of my time.

The salesman, Nick, was very informative. I only have 1/2 a garage because the other half was converted to an office. Nick took the time to tell us exactly how to make the new garage door work. It was his knowledge of garage doors that won me over. I also found Precision to be more affordable than other companies I called. My permit went through quickly. The technicians, Jason and James, installed my new garage door. They worked efficiently. They went above and beyond to make my garage door work in my half garage. I couldn't be more pleased! I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Out of all the companies I've called this one was the only one that wasn't going to charge me for an estimate, Loyd the salesmen was super and for that matter all the people at the office as well was so friendly. The techs that came out to install the door was very friendly and professional and prompt which is very important to me. Had a small hiccup with the bill on installing my new opener but was quickly corrected and resolved. This is a great company to do business with and have no complaints what so ever, I want to thank Loyd and all people with Precision for a job well done.

My great experience started with the estimate to replace my original 1970 garage door. Estimator was on time, professional, didn't try to upsell (but discussed some options), and provided a clear estimate. Other estimators were late, hard upsell, or (in one case) didn't even show up. Installation crew headed by Ian were likewise on time, courteous, did a great job, cleaned up completely after installation, and went over operation and maintenance with me. They were not the absolute cheapest, but I take into account professionalism and am so, so glad I did. (And of course it passed inspection with no issues.) This was a really fine service/installation experience in a world in which that is no longer frequently the case.

Grand-Master Ian and the gentleman with him were EXTREMELY professional. They explained the process, stayed on task, didn't use bad language, yell or cause any type of disruption. Precision Door sent technicians Jason & Matt to install my new garage door & they were punctual (glad that they arrived earlier than scheduled). I was impressed with these technicians with their work ethic being very organized in preparing the job to be done & throughout the installation that when installation was completed the entire area was cleaned & they just needed to put away their tools used for the job.
