The belt needed to be replaced on my door opener. I called 2 door repair services for estimates. The first one arrived and didn't repair Genie openers and gave me a price to replace the entire opener. Guess I should of asked that question before he showed up. Sorry just need a belt. Precision arrived and Rob said no issue on the belt being replaced. Rob checked the motor and door for any problems and finding none the belt was replaced. The 11 year old belt was still under a 15 year warranty but the orginal installer D&D was no help and told me to contact Genie. Rob was very helpful and professional. Thank you Precision.

The spring on my garage broke and I went online to Precision's website and was able to schedule an appointment super easily. It was nice that there were different time slots available for the appointments. Juan, was my service technician and he was great. He was on time and very courteous and very knowledgeable about garage doors. He installed the new springs within an hour and the garage was good to go again. Also the products this company uses are far superior to the products that were initially installed when I purchased the home brand new. Thank you Juan and Precision for everything.

HORRIBLE experience with technician Victor Gonzalez - high pressure rip off attempt. This company installed my garage door and serviced it twice. Then they sent Victor Gonzalez, who immediately tried to screw me over on a simple spring replacement. He opened at over $1,300, dropped to around $1,100 when I pushed back, and finally floated ~$700 after I kept rejecting his nonsense. Classic bait and switch pricing… start absurdly high, “negotiate” down so the still-inflated number feels like a deal. I told him no, twice. Clear. Direct. On the third attempt he kept pushing, so I made it crystal clear I wasn’t playing games and he needed to get out of my house. He still harassed me after I shut it down lingering in front of my house, arguing, refusing to take the repeated “no” for an answer. On top of the shady in home sales tactics, the company records phone conversations without any notification. And their website reviews? They display as five stars while the actual ratings are one star. Straight up deception.

He was able to get it up so I could get my car out and then lower it to secure until the door could be replaced. Which was the very next day!
