I called Precision to have a salesman visit us to discuss garage doors..Cameron showed up in about an hour. We had very specific expectations for a new door and opener. He was very knowledgeable and able to show and explain doors and openers that met our requirements. The work crew (Matt & Jason) were very organized not only with tools and materials but also very knowledgeable with them. The job was done with precision and in about 3 hours. Everything looks and performs great. Even the final inspector was impressed with the door. We strongly recommend this company.

From the initial phone call to the completed product the process was a pleasure. Austin who came to my home to assess the exiting door, told me of my options resulting in a replacement door was incredibly helpful as there are many options. The two techs Jason and I wish I had retained the other gentlemen's name were extremally professional, polite and neat with the install. Austin also came during the install to meet and speak with myself. I received texts prior to arrival of representatives and emails of updates. I am quite happy and would recommend Precision Door. A company is only as good as the individuals who represent them and Precision Door has a great team!

He reviewed the quote and addressed our questions and concerns with the utmost professionalism. Arrangements were quickly made to compete the job. Jancarlos Bautista arrived an hour later to complete the repair. His work was impeccable. His explanations were clear and concise. He addressed all issues and, before leaving, made sure we were completely satisfied, explaining each step of the repair so we had an in-depth understanding of the work. Good service, pleasant workers. Only problem is that the person who estimates is not the one who installs, so you have to wait until a later time in the day for the installation to happen. Door works as expected and works great.

After a power outage on New Year's Eve, I started having issues with my garage door. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Two employees came out and checked out the door and let me know what they could do. Today, Jimmy, came out to do on the repairs. Very nice gentleman. He explained everything he was going to do and before he left he showed me everything he had done and made sure I understood. Great guy. I would recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. GREAT company and GREAT employees.
