Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to us by our neighbor! They came out this morning, evaluated our garage door and recommended all new hardware and motor. Ours was at least 20+ years old. Garage door itself is fine. The tech was here within 1 1/2 hours. Sean did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and showed us how the new hardware works. We are very happy with this Company and will certainly recommend them to anyone who needs work on their garage door!

We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It's amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.

I called Precision Door Service to fix my garage door. The old motor broke down. I was able to have someone come to inspect the garage, that person was Nick. Nick was great on time, I explained what had happened. He took a look took some pictures. Then explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. Then Evan came to install the new motor and springs. Evan was also awesome, polite on time good worker. I would highly recommend using both Nick and Evan. Thank you again for your help in this matter.

Our door broke for the umpteenth time on Sunday. We called Precision because they were highly rated by customers and had BBB A+ rating. By 2 PM on Monday our door was fixed. On Wednesday I noticed that the top of the door did not have a tight fit. I called Precision and they came back the same day and adjusted the door, even though the issue was not something that was their responsibility (foundation issue). The safety check they did for us revealed some additional concerns. We will definitely use them again.

Wanted to thank the Precision Door team for the extremely prompt and professional service they provided. Right from the beginning when I called first thing in the morning with a broken garage door, they were able to get me taken care of quickly. When Blake Furukawa arrived (on time) he assessed the issue and provided with the options get the job done. Once I agreed to the repair's needed Jancarlos Bautista was dispatched and again arrived on time, fixed the broken springs, explained to me what he was doing and finished the job without any issues. Service provided 10/4/2023 for a new Haas 600 series garage door and new opener. Old equipment removed and install of new door and opener went smoothly. Ian and Matt did a great job and were completed in under 4 hours. Door looks as promised and new liftmaster opener is quiet and smooth with a lot of bells and whistles. Ian explained the use of the door and opener and helped us set up the App on our cell phones. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. Both were young and got the job done with smiles. Good workers. Tyler in sales was knowledgeable and pleasant and was responsive to our questions prior to the install. Got the door in months time and we were aware that it could have been 4-6 weeks. They came within 24 hrs of call made a proper assessment of all requirements. No issues with timings, they were there and gone less than 1day complete install. Took all old hardware away. Installed new opener. Not the lowest price, however the service was excellent. Even returned to reprogram opener after power outage. Highly recommend

PM had recently been done on our garage door, but it sometimes would almost close, then open up again. Evan Tucker discovered the culprit, the rope on one end of the door was hanging down. If the wind was blowing, the rope would block the path of the light beam, causing the door to stop closing. We were very pleased with Evan's professionalism and also happy that there was no charge. This is good business!

Precision Door Service merits a resounding five-star rating, hands down. I called and left a message on Wednesday, got a courteous and prompt return call first thing Thursday morning, scheduled an assessment/estimate for Friday morning, and the technician was on site early afternoon on Friday to complete the repair. That kind of responsiveness and service is rare these days. Both Tom Norman, who came Friday morning to do our assessment and estimate, and Jordan Nein, who flawlessly effected the repairs on Friday afternoon, were consummately professional and courteous. The kind of gentlemen you'd like to have as friends. Precision Door Service is fortunate to have them on staff. The repair estimate was well within reason and we feel like we were treated as valuable customers. Cannot say enough about how good our experience was from the first phone call until Jordan drove away in the repair van. We wholeheartedly endorse their services.

I had my spring break on my garage door. I had Ron Wiggins come out and do the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and suggested I get two springs and two new cables which i agreed. He also gave me a estimate for a new garage door. I liked everything he said and suggested. Great guy. 15 min. Later the installer came. His name was James Jacob. James did a jam up job. He put the new springs and cables on. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He got my garage door working well. Great guy and dam good installer. I can't say enough about our technician, Jordan. He reviewed our issue and explained what had to be done clearly and then corrected the problem (outdoor keypad went bad). He then checked our door and opener operation, made a couple of suggestions for maintenance that made complete sense and completed the tasks. I would give Jordan a 5 star plus rating.
