Derrick is professional, and thorough. He was able to call when he was about 20 minutes out to give me a heads up that he was on his way. I’ve had Precision handle all my garage needs and have always been satisfied with the work done. I’ve recommended them to others.

Cooper was fantastic! He explained everything thoroughly and gave us "need to do" and "would like to do" options, all with pricing variants. There were no pressured sales pitches, he just gave us his opinion and showed me our options. He came out same day, and was even early! Completed a whole new system (brand new everything, except for the door) on the first trip and we absolutely love our upgrades! We would recommend these folks to anyone (and have!)!

My garage door broke on a Sunday so called Precision who I had used as it turns out 10 years ago. They scheduled a technician to come out that afternoon and he arrived promptly. Anthony was a very nice young man, he diagnosed the problems and showed me everything. He worked up a quote that I thought was very reasonable and began to repair my door. I must say he did a great job and we’re very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Precision and I’m glad I chose them.

Professional and punctual service, but significantly overpriced The technician from Precision Garage Door Service arrived right on time as scheduled, which I really appreciated. They quickly diagnosed the issue with the bearings and end plates on my garage door torsion system and completed the work professionally. However, I was shocked by the final bill of $1,267.40 for replacing two main bearings (~$397 each), a flanged bearing, and two end bearing plates. These parts are available online or from suppliers for a fraction of the price, and the total felt like a very heavy markup. I understand businesses need to make a profit and value the convenience of same-day service + warranty, but this seemed excessive compared to what I’ve researched since. If you’re okay paying premium rates for convenience and don’t mind the cost, they do solid work. For anyone price-sensitive, I’d recommend getting multiple quotes from local independent shops first.

I am not sure how they have 5 star reviews because my experience was not good. I will say everyone I spoke with was friendly but to get 5 stars I expect that AND quality work. I did not receive quality work. First, do not schedule an afternoon appointment! My window was between 11-4. They arrived at 5:15! The garage door install takes 4 hours! After waiting all day I had to reschedule. Precision clearly has no respect for my time and my neighbors peace and quiet in the evening. After the install was finally complete the technician neglected to inform me that a gap between the door and the new 2 x 6 existed on both sides. Well I figured it out when I opened the door and saw a rat run by the next day! I called in the morning and after the technician came out to diagnose the issue then contact his supervisor then have him talk to his supervisor he told me I would need to schedule another appointment to have the gap fixed but he couldn't guarantee a complete fix. I told him I would do it myself.......And I did. Lastly the salesman should tell you that the new garage door will be MUCH LOUDER than my original door. That was a shock in and of itself. I am very disappointed with Precision. I cannot recommend them.

Fantastic customer service! I was able to schedule an appointment online. The day they were scheduled to arrive I received a call giving me an update on the time they would arrive and the tech called me when he was on his way. Victor was amazing and so personable.
