After a power outage on New Year's Eve, I started having issues with my garage door. I called Precision and scheduled an appointment. Two employees came out and checked out the door and let me know what they could do. Today, Jimmy, came out to do on the repairs. Very nice gentleman. He explained everything he was going to do and before he left he showed me everything he had done and made sure I understood. Great guy. I would recommend Precision Doors to all my friends. GREAT company and GREAT employees.

I used Percision Garage Door Service in 2016 and was satisfied with their service, so I used them again to have the spring system replaced(upgrade)when the old one broke. I'm satisfied with their response time, and their work performed. They're courteous and explains what's wrong and what needs to be done...job well done Percision Garage Door Service !!!

My garage door needed all new hardware and a new opener. From beginning to end, the service was impeccable. I was thoroughly informed of the work that needed to be done and why it was required. The technician who made the repairs and installed the opener was amazing. He took the time to do the job correctly, cleaned up the area, and showed me the features of my totally upgraded and enviable new garage door opener. I contacted Precision late in the afternoon due to an issue with my garage door. The technician Nick was at my house the next day at 8am to assess the issue. He was very thorough, explained the issue and gave me several options for fixing my garage door. Another Technician (Evan and his associate) were dispatched to install the repairs later that same afternoon. Evan explained the repairs that were agreed would be performed and then reviewed the repairs once they were finished. Everything but the door itself needed replaced. He also assisted with setting up the App that came with the new garage opener. Great customer service start to finish!

Tyler, our technician, arrived on time and explained what work needed to be done with my garage door to correct the problems I was having since a screen door had been installed two years prior. Ian and his partner were very courteous and friendly. They were very professional and completed installed the garage door perfectly. He did a great job explaining how the new door works, including all the technology, buttons and how to manually operate the door in the event of power loss. My neighbor had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener, rollers, torsion springs, etc. and was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. 11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. Blake and JC were very professional and accommodating on servicing my garage door. They certainly took the time to answer all my questions and going beyond to educate me on the importance of doing additional services showing signs of weakness. As a senior on a limited budget, Blake helped to get me where I needed to be and explained discounts or fees that were very helpful. Especially new CC expenses that add a good 3%. The actual service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to my neighbors and friends. Thanks to Blake, I did get the work done I called about instead of putting it off or just living w/it. So happy he took the time to help me understand doing preventative service. ????????

This was an overall total great experience. The technicians arrived earlier than scheduled and after explaining the work they would be providing they got busy and stayed busy. They gave me a few updates during the process. And explained, in detail, once they were finished what to expect and who to call should there ever be an issue or problem. I handpicked Precision Door from the internet and reading all the reviews of several garage door companies. At no time, were we ever pressured into buying a certain door, or a more expensive door, or a product that we did not need. The original representative was extremely informative and friendly AND NOT PUSHY. The three technicians were outstanding; friendly, professional, clean and also informative. After completing the project, they cleaned the garage area and driveway where they had been working.

Good service, pleasant workers. Only problem is that the person who estimates is not the one who installs, so you have to wait until a later time in the day for the installation to happen. Door works as expected and works great.
