I contacted Precision late in the afternoon due to an issue with my garage door. The technician Nick was at my house the next day at 8am to assess the issue. He was very thorough, explained the issue and gave me several options for fixing my garage door. Another Technician (Evan and his associate) were dispatched to install the repairs later that same afternoon. Evan explained the repairs that were agreed would be performed and then reviewed the repairs once they were finished. Everything but the door itself needed replaced. He also assisted with setting up the App that came with the new garage opener. Great customer service start to finish!

Tyler, our technician, arrived on time and explained what work needed to be done with my garage door to correct the problems I was having since a screen door had been installed two years prior. Tyler replaced the tracks, rollers, and springs. Great work, Tyler. I now have a like new garage door. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

Ian and his partner were very courteous and friendly. They were very professional and completed installed the garage door perfectly. He did a great job explaining how the new door works, including all the technology, buttons and how to manually operate the door in the event of power loss. My neighbor had Precision Garage Door install a new garage door opener, rollers, torsion springs, etc. and was extremely pleased with the quality of the work. I had the same issue and Joel Mullen did the initial inspection and quote and Evan Tucker did the installation. Both guys are great and do excellent work!

11/24/2023 Excellent response to our early morning call for help. A technician responded in a few hours and performed a clear and detailed assessment of two garage doors, one of which was totally inoperable. Four levels of repair up to total replacement were offered. We chose the one most appropriate to us. Two hours later another technician appeared; another two hours later all work was completed and demonstrated to our satisfaction. Both technicians were friendly and professional. Blake and JC were very professional and accommodating on servicing my garage door. They certainly took the time to answer all my questions and going beyond to educate me on the importance of doing additional services showing signs of weakness. As a senior on a limited budget, Blake helped to get me where I needed to be and explained discounts or fees that were very helpful. Especially new CC expenses that add a good 3%. The actual service was exceptional and I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Services to my neighbors and friends. Thanks to Blake, I did get the work done I called about instead of putting it off or just living w/it. So happy he took the time to help me understand doing preventative service. ????????

By 4:30pm Mason Slack was at my home and by 8:30am the next morning Sam Penza and his partner were starting the complete overhaul of my garage door system. This was an overall total great experience. The technicians arrived earlier than scheduled and after explaining the work they would be providing they got busy and stayed busy. They gave me a few updates during the process. And explained, in detail, once they were finished what to expect and who to call should there ever be an issue or problem. I handpicked Precision Door from the internet and reading all the reviews of several garage door companies. At no time, were we ever pressured into buying a certain door, or a more expensive door, or a product that we did not need. The original representative was extremely informative and friendly AND NOT PUSHY. The three technicians were outstanding; friendly, professional, clean and also informative. After completing the project, they cleaned the garage area and driveway where they had been working.

Precision Overhead Garage Door was recommended to us by our neighbor! They came out this morning, evaluated our garage door and recommended all new hardware and motor. Ours was at least 20+ years old. Garage door itself is fine. The tech was here within 1 1/2 hours. Sean did a fantastic job, very knowledgeable and showed us how the new hardware works. We had an issue with our garage door not closing. We did our research and selected Precision Garage Door Service to come to our home and see what the issue might be. The technician,Blake, was professional and knowledgeable about the garage door lift systems. In his discovery process he shared that our system was installed in 1997. The circuit board was failing and a few more issues were pointed out. We decided to purchase a new system. The price was fair and Blake explained each feature of the one we chose. Sam came out to install the new system. Sam installed the new garage door system and just like Blake,Sam had the same work ethic and did a beautiful install and explained all of the new operational features. It's amazing how quiet it is now as the garage door is engaged. From my first phone call to the completed installation we are thrilled about the process. I have to mention one last thing. When I received a text that Blake and Sam were on their way it showed a picture of them and a small bio about them. Very refreshing touch Precision Garage Door Service management !!! Thank you.
