Precision installed a new opener for us about 1 1/2 years ago and we were very pleased, we have now moved into a new home and called Precision to replace 2 more openers. We also requested the same technician, Tyler, as he is very knowledgable about the products Precision has to offer, and is polite, professional, and timely. I can't believe how quiet and smooth our garage doors are ! We will be using Precision again when we build our new garage. I highly recommend them!

My garage door was in this home in 2007 and had never a problem so it needed help desperately, and I had no idea how much it needed. It is working like a dream because of the two gentlemen from your company knew exactly what it needed. It now doesn't make any noise and I can hardly hear it at all. They were so helpful and able to explain what I needed and why, what a difference this has made in the lack of noise that it had previously made, and what delightful, positive young gentlemen they were. They were very patient and explained what they would do and why they did it, they were very patient in telling all the facts that I needed. After having to wait 4 days with another company, then they showed up late on the day of repair and then didn't have the part to repair the garage door opener. Enough....... I called Precision and I had outstanding customer.service. They even offered to come out the same day. I made the appointment for the folowing day. Andrew promptly showed up, he looked over everything, made some recommendations to me that I greatly appreciated. I acted upon several of his recommendations and Andrew went to work. Now I feel my garage door opening system is good to go for a long time to come. I feel I got my monies worth. I am thoroughly satisfied.

Just had a new Opener installed by Jacob. This guy was AWESOME. He explained everything in detail and made sure I made the right decision as to which opener would be best for our house. NO PRESSURE to buy. Our old opener started opening and closing on it's own and I really believe in this company. They installed springs on my door a few years ago, and I was so impressed with their service I knew I could trust them for the opener.

Replacement wood is not painted. Finished enclosure is not calked. No mess to pick up. Any questions you may have are answered before you realize you have a question. Safety concerns are reviewed. Basically your team will not leave you uninformed. You will receive a follow up call from your representative within twenty four hours of the install. Figure out your budget and elect Precision Door.
