We were experiencing some questionable noises in our newly installed garage door. Chris was a wonderful technician who checked out our garage door system, and discovered it had not been sufficiently lubricated when installed. It is operating much smoother now. My experience was good. The tech was good. I do need the Warranty I was promised in person with this email. It would be 5 stars if it were sent to me. I see none and no paper was exchanged...so I had a verbal only. Please mail me my warranty or email me one. I paid extra for lifetime. The purchase button only allows me to mention one thing and won't let me chose multiple springs, rollers, cables, everything to make it new like. All it let me do is target springs. Thanks. I hope you can do this.

My experience, was moving back into my home after many years and finding much of the house in disrepair including the garage door that was inoperable. Contacting PDS and getting an appointment was very easy, the tech called to inform me that he was on his way, less than an hour. Once he arrived the technician performed an evaluation of the door provided me clear descriptions and options to choose from. He was very knowledgeable about the garage door industry and extremely professional. I chose the garage door refurbish, which replaces rollers,springs and tightens the bolts. He also took the time to explained how to perform basic upkeep maintenance for the door. Overall Five Star great job!

Called at 7:15 am because our door was stuck in the down position and we needed to get the cars out and go to work. By 8:15 am the door was opened and by 10:00 is was totally refurbished. Responsive service in a desperate situation. Not cheap, but worth it.

Great Job! I called the DeBary number with an emergency need to replace our damaged beyond repair garage door because we were leaving town in two days and would be gone for at least a week. The office personnel were very efficient, friendly, professional and got a technician to the house in less than one hour who very efficiently gave us an estimate. A door had to be picked up at the warehouse, the installer arrived ahead of time, was very professional, friendly and installed the new door and opener the same day. Thank you all for getting us out of this mess. It was a pleasure dealing with all involved. Good Job!!!

I did not know that Precision runs background checks and drug tests on their personnel before but this is extremely important and delivers VALUE for customers. Your screening process of your personnel definitely shows. Your price is higher than I could have obtained from other sources but there is value in the level of service and safety you deliver. I will have to admit, your personnel ( Eric and Charlie) that I dealt were are OUTSTANDING in every way. OUTSTANDING quality and installation process! Calls and appointments completed like clock work!

Hello. What an unexpected great experience. George was efficient, knowlegeable, polite and even called another tech to make sure all options had been presented to us. As an added bonus the setup to our car and explaination of the troubleshooting and code changing made us feel like pros ourselves. I had Precision door install 2 new springs due to a broken spring. They arrived BEFORE the appointment time and finished the job in under an hour. With the lifetime warranty on the new springs I now have no worries about that and plan on having them replace my old opener in the near future. I HIGHLY recommend Precision Door Service.

Van was very professional, gave me all the options and prices. I am very mechanically inclined, but I opted for him to do the work since he had the experience in these projects. We had springs, rollers, drums, cables, and bearings replaced. Our springs and bracket had completely snapped.
