Tyler was great. Called to let me know he was on his way. Explained what was going on. Gave me 2 options for my repair and explained what I was getting for each option. Once I decided on my repair he set my next appointment to get the repair taken care of.

The keypad began malfunctioning so we called Precision and made an appointment for an evaluation. The company was extremely prompt and courteous. Tyler, the technician, called to let us know he was on the way and how long it would be. The keypad was replaced and is working beautifully. These are the values many companies have lost over the years. The older generation remembers when life was beautiful. Thanks Precision.

I was so happy with the service that your people did. My garage opener didn't work so a technician came, Tyler, told me why I needed, had it installed with remote/keypad and I was ready to go!!!! William did the installing. It's such a relief that this was done in one day. I was recommended by my son-in-law Art. The best thing I ever did!!!

I chose the company because it got good reviews and the people we bought the house from had Installed Precision Door products . The office rep Josh was able to get me on the schedule right away and Tyler came out and inspected everything for safe operation and installed a new key pad.I also revived a Veteran discount .I shall use Precision Garage Door for any future work

Precision installed a new opener for us about 1 1/2 years ago and we were very pleased, we have now moved into a new home and called Precision to replace 2 more openers. We also requested the same technician, Tyler, as he is very knowledgable about the products Precision has to offer, and is polite, professional, and timely. I can't believe how quiet and smooth our garage doors are ! We will be using Precision again when we build our new garage. I highly recommend them!

The tech came out and wasn't able to help repair my door due to the company not working with the manufacturer of my door. Only choice would be a whole new door which wasn't necessary or in my budget. I wasn't charged for the visit since they couldn't help me. Honest company I would recommend.

We had an issue with our garage door opener. Tyler found that it was just a loose connection on the safety sensors and rewired both sides. The company that installed the door charges an $85 call out fee. Precision only charges $20. Very honest service at a great price.
