Very prompt and friendly techs. Nick did the initial inspection/consultation. He was very clear and thorough in explaining the condition of my door motor and the door itself. Evan did the motor install and door refurbishment. He arrived right on time and went right to work. He had everything done in just over an hour, and helped us set up our phone apps. Everything is working perfectly! Thank you Evan and Nick!!

Never used Precision before, but the customer service has made them my number one choice for all garage door work in the future. Service was on time, prompt and high quality. I needed a new opener, springs and other small issues taken care of, and Stephen handled it completely and properly. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of my repair. Precision came to my attention after seeing their "Home Expert" segment many times on WFTV. My garage door had damaged hardware that was beyond my ability to repair, so I gave them a call. Their phone representative was very helpful and set me up with a same day appointment. The tech (Eric) was on time, calling me when he was 30 minutes out. He gave me an accurate estimate before starting work, giving me several options starting with "make it work for now" all the way up to "make it work for years". The price was fair so I went with a total hardware replacement (springs, bearings, new cables, hubs, etc.) He also fixed a bent track and lubricated all of the hinges and rollers. The door is now runs quiet and opens easily even with the door opener disengaged. I was very happy with the service and even happier with the piece of mind.

The technician, Andrew, arrived as per our appointment to inspect our old garage door that had problems opening and closing. We chose to install a new motor, and also had springs, cables remotes, and an outdoor keypad replaced. Andrew was very knowledgeable and attentive and installed everything to perfection. This is the second time we used Precision Doors and will use them again the future for their professionalism and workmanship. Five stars.

Wayne came by on time, called ahead. Gave us a quote, told us everything he was going to do. He completed the work in about an hour. It was like getting a new garage door for a third of the price. I have used Precision twice for two different garage door matters.
