Techs Roland and Sopheak are competent, professional, and "neighborly." When Roland came for the estimate, he listened intently to what we found problematic with our contractor-grade door. He then walked us through what would be done to make our problems disappear. I asked why we wouldn't just put in a new door on multiple occasions, and he answered, "Because you don't need a new door." Integrity! The crew was very conscientious about explaining what was done . . . and we could sense a degree of pride in his work. As we all stood back and looked at the finished work - what I call a ground-up mod, Roland asked if expectations were met, and we said - NOI! They were exceeded. We spent a good portion of the next hour just opening and closing the door . . . and hearing no vibrations or sounds. Wow!

PM had recently been done on our garage door, but it sometimes would almost close, then open up again. Evan Tucker discovered the culprit, the rope on one end of the door was hanging down. If the wind was blowing, the rope would block the path of the light beam, causing the door to stop closing. We were very pleased with Evan's professionalism and also happy that there was no charge. This is good business!

Blake Furukawa came this afternoon to evaluate the problem with my garage door. He explained everything to me gave me two options to fix my problems. I chose to have the repairs he suggested which was almost like a new door. He was great and helpful. Bernard Hartfield came to do the work. He also explained what he was going to do. He replaced rollers, springs, reinforced things and installed new opener. He was great and I am very happy with the work he did. Both guys were great. Thanks for taking care of my problem so fast.

My 18' garage door needed a full replacement of springs, motor, outside remote, floor seal...the works. Austin did the assessment and quote. He took his time and demonstrated a huge and impressive knowledge of my door issues. Precision Garage Door was not my first call. The first guys did not inspire confidence. A hard pass. Austin was the exact answer to this first bad experience! You can tell he is all about the customer and getting it right. He has been with Precision 7 years. Incredible. One week after ordering the equipment, Austin spent 9 hours in the Florida heat getting my doors perfect. Do yourself a favor, stop searching on the internet, you are in good hands with these guys.

Precision Garage was recommended to me by my realtor, and they did not disappoint! The sales/quote guy was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He didn't try to oversell me, but answered my questions and even kindly repeated the information when I asked my father-in-law his opinion. Once we decided what to do, the service guys were out just an hour or two later. My house was chaotic that day with my moving company here and I also had another service rep, but the service team took care of what they needed while I could handle other things. They were great teaching me all the things I needed to know about my new garage door openers. Precision's staff was awesome, and I really, really like the motors & hardware they installed.

I had a complete overhaul done to my garage door, everything was replaced except for the panels. Doors and equipment arrived sooner than anticipated. Austin and Jason did a great job. Friendly and professional. Two doors and openers, some wood work that was needed. Was an all day job and they worked very hard to get it done correctly. Went over all functions, relates, app etc. and assisted in set up. Very satisfied!! Highly recommend.

All I can say is WOW!! I went on line to see if I could book an appointment to get the garage door opener checked out and they could come the same day. Received a call that Tyler was on his way and he was right on time. He was very professional and helped us to figure out what we should do. We said we would like to get the opener installed as soon as possible. He called and said it could be done this afternoon. Matthew called shortly and said he was on his way. In a short amount of time the opener was replaced and the new opener works perfectly. What a great company and employees.

We have been living in Windermere since 2009. During that time we have used dozens of suppliers...roofers, pest, landscapers, handymen to name a few but I must say that Precision stands out miles above the rest. Today Tyler Hartley and Matthew Hair evaluated, repaired and installed a new garage motor and springs. They were highly preofessional, knowledgeable and educated us on our costs options before installing and repairing the unit. I am sure that we will not be needing to call them again very soon but if we have any garage door needs in the future, its good to know they are available.

Friday the day after the Hurricane IAN, I went online to Precision Door to schedule a repair of my garage door. Online scheduling was easy and quick to fill out and had an opening for the following day with a window of 8A-12P. Nick texted and phoned 15 minutes till 8 to let me know his ETA. Nick was polite, professional, and provided a low hassle detailed quote. The quote was a very fair price for the overhaul & repair. Victor texted & phoned with his ETA (only 40 minutes later). Victor completed the repair in a few hours. I received before and after photos of my repair and a detailed invoice. Process from start to finish was efficient, professional, and excellent craftmanship. Excellent Service, hands down!!!!

I have lived in Central Florida since 1965 and have used Precision at five of my homes. Every time they were on time, professional and very inexpensive. Their quality of work is unmatched today and their guarantees are valid. I had an issue with one of my doors over a year after they rebuilt it and they promptly serviced it within hours of my call and there was no charge! They are the best in the business and I was more than happy today when they rebuilt the garage doors on my recent home purchase. Same great estimator Rob, and my techs Sean and Dylan, outstanding service!!! Six Stars!
