Unbelievable service. Super professional, courteous, and friendly. I called to schedule an appointment on Tuesday 8/16 for a diagnostic of my garage door/opener and was given an appointment window of 300pm-600pm. I received a call from the service advisor at 215pm requesting to come earlier than scheduled, I was all to happy to say yes. Tyler arrived and was completely thorough with his inspection and took the time to explain his recommendation(s). I agreed to the suggested work and scheduled the work for Wednesday, 8/17 between 100pm-600pm. Evan called at 1125am checking to see if he could come earlier; again I was happy to say yes. Evan did a great job doing the spring conversion for my garage door and installing a new lift master belt driven opener. He was neat, knowledgeable and took pride in his work. Needless to say, the service I was provided exceeded my expectations! I highly recommend this company.

Beyond great service!!! Came out quickly. Called ahead and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Explained clearly the problem. Suggested the most cost effective fix. Corrected the problem and re-programmed all remotes and outside key board. Needed a part, and the part came the next morning to be installed.

Lightning struck our house and fried the motor to our garage door. Rob Wiggins expertly assessed and explained everything. Cameron Powers repaired/replaced everything. Here we are on a Saturday morning and we have garage door maintenance, that in itself is amazing. What a professional group of people to come and fix our much needed work to be done on our builder grade garage doors, that is two doors. An upgrade that was obviously needed. The installers were very professional, their vehicles were clean and obviously new and well cared for. Old dirty trucks equates to dirty job, not with PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE. I was there during the installation and I want to commend Ian. I brought up to him that the present door was not completely closed because the driveway was not level and was there a fix for that. Ian brought up a solution, ran it past his manager, and executed it beautifully!!! I was so very impressed with Ian and want you to know it!

Have used Precision on three different properties. All have been great experiences. I called on last Monday and they were going to send a tech out that day but I couldn't with them so they came the next morning. Nick very quickly diagnosed a bad circuit board on one of my openers. I opted to replace both openers with the latest model which is WiFi compatible and has security cameras built in. He called his office and Matt and John were on site within an hour to do installation. They were done by noon that day and did an awesome job. Super quiet operation. they even programmed both of my Home-link buttons in vehicles. All three techs were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I especially like the their policy of texting you before they come which gives a short bio and a picture of the tech. They then follow up with a phone call telling you they are on their way. Just an all around good company with exceptional customer service. Would highly recommend them.

Professionalism, knowledge and technical skills exhibited from the first call placed to when the technician left was outstanding/exceptional. 24/7 service, ready and able when you need them. The technician sent a text message alerting of arrival time with his color photo and a short bio - unseen before - great for security purpose and great conversation starter. The Lead Tech / QC Specialist Mr. Scott Mayhew was beyond outstanding; his know-how, technical expertise answering all my technical questions (am a retired engineer); provided recommendations on what to-do/not-to-do, on alternatives to garage door openers (belts vs. chains drives and direct-drive (jackshaft) was outstanding and very helpful. The tech was very well mannered and versed on subject matter as well as his technical skills; was very clean, neat and organized. Entire experience was exceptional - 5 out of 5 stars! I wish that other business would "copycat" from Precision Garage Door of Central Florida as they are simply a pleasure to deal with and to undertake on any of your Garage Door requirements. The person I spoke with on the phone was very nice and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable with selecting Precision. The tech that came out to do the estimate was great. He gave me 3 different options for repairs knowing that I would be selling my home in a month.
