I had a warranty repair done on my garage door this morning by Scott. The work was done quickly and professionally. Scott took the time to explain the work he was doing and why he was doing it. Scott was courteous, engaging and friendly. I would highly recommend him. All the work was done as quoted with no surprises.

Service person was on time very presentable and knew the job and did great and in a timely manner. I am very satisfied. The door is so quiet now I have to visually check to se if the door is actually working. On scale of 1 to 5, It's a 5.

We prayed for about 4 months for the right garage door company to do an overhaul on our 20 yr old garage door. While my sister in Christ was praying for me, Precision popped up on her computer. The same thing happened the next day! I called. And from the initial call to the technician pulling away, I was totally impressed. Talk about professional! Tyler gave me several options to allow for budget constraints, explaining everything thoroughly. Mason was over the top in going over all that he had done. Everything as promised. No surprises. Plus never before has the owner of the company with whom I was doing business email me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Precision. The work done was a complete overhaul and all products listed below were purchased. Opening and closing of garage door is barely audible!

We needed a same day repair on our garage door after I backed my car into it, and they were able to come to my house within a few hours. They gave me an estimate for the repair and it was done in less than an hour. I was very happy with the quality of the repair and the price was very reasonable as well. I would definitely recommend Precision!

Could not have been more satisfied with the service from Precision. Contacted Precision on a Friday morning & made the appointment for the next morning Saturday. Rob came out & evaluated my door system & made the exact recommendations that I expected him to make. Springs, rollers, & opener replacement was completed that same day by Stephen. It was a "breath of fresh air" to have a company actually deliver as advertised through out the entire process. Great Job & Thank You!!!! I highly recommend Precision as a residential garage company of choice.

We are so pleased with all our dealings with Precision Overhead Door. The office staff, the installers, the repair staff are true professionals. They know the meaning of customer satisfaction and represent their brand at the highest levels. We had a problem with our door not wanting to close. I called expecting to wait a couple of days for service as I was calling mid-afternoon. I was asked if we would be home from 4-6 pm, I replied yes, and was told a repair technician would be there. He called asked if he could arrive early, and our door was totally repaired, with meticulous care and knowledge. We would recommend this Local Company to all. After diagnostics and testing the openers, exterior and interior keypad and springs were all replace free of charge under their lifetime purchase we initially purchased. This was maybe pennies more expensive their competition and well worth it.

We had an issue with our garage door opener. Tyler found that it was just a loose connection on the safety sensors and rewired both sides. The company that installed the door charges an $85 call out fee. Precision only charges $20. Very honest service at a great price.

Nicholas Faust was very professional. He called 30 min in advance to let me know he was on his way. He arrived and inspected the door, even though it was new construction. He is very maticulous like myself so I appreciated it. After he thought he was done, he left and returned with a new motor, only because he heard a small click. My wife said she didn’t even hear it but he did and said “ I don’t want to leave you guys like that” that is (A+) customer service. Doing the right thing just because it’s the right thing. They have my business moving forward.

I called Precision at 1 PM and they had a repairman at my house only 3 hours later. He was friendly and knew what to do. Didn't give me the hard sell, but advised me to get an overhaul with a lifetime guarantee. He finished up in a couple hours, lubed the it all up, and showed me how to maintain the door lubrication. It was good to get this resolved quickly and not have to worry about another broken torsion spring, ever.

Everyone that cane out was great. The only thing I didn’t like was the installation of the board between the garage ceiling and garage door. It was installed so snag that it shifted the drywall. The installer indicated that it needed to be that way which I’m not sure I agree with that.
