Techs Roland and Sopheak are competent, professional, and "neighborly." When Roland came for the estimate, he listened intently to what we found problematic with our contractor-grade door. He then walked us through what would be done to make our problems disappear. I asked why we wouldn't just put in a new door on multiple occasions, and he answered, "Because you don't need a new door." Integrity! The crew was very conscientious about explaining what was done . . . and we could sense a degree of pride in his work. As we all stood back and looked at the finished work - what I call a ground-up mod, Roland asked if expectations were met, and we said - NOI! They were exceeded. We spent a good portion of the next hour just opening and closing the door . . . and hearing no vibrations or sounds. Wow!

Blake Furukawa came this afternoon to evaluate the problem with my garage door. He explained everything to me gave me two options to fix my problems. I chose to have the repairs he suggested which was almost like a new door. He was great and helpful. Bernard Hartfield came to do the work. He also explained what he was going to do. He replaced rollers, springs, reinforced things and installed new opener. He was great and I am very happy with the work he did. Both guys were great. Thanks for taking care of my problem so fast.

We have been living in Windermere since 2009. During that time we have used dozens of suppliers...roofers, pest, landscapers, handymen to name a few but I must say that Precision stands out miles above the rest. Today Tyler Hartley and Matthew Hair evaluated, repaired and installed a new garage motor and springs. They were highly preofessional, knowledgeable and educated us on our costs options before installing and repairing the unit. I am sure that we will not be needing to call them again very soon but if we have any garage door needs in the future, its good to know they are available.

Beyond great service!!! Came out quickly. Called ahead and arrived on time. Diagnosed the problem. Explained clearly the problem. Suggested the most cost effective fix. Corrected the problem and re-programmed all remotes and outside key board. Needed a part, and the part came the next morning to be installed.
