The technician looked at the problem and listened to my opinion! He did what I asked him to do and the problem was solved... He made recommendations, but I elected to postpone his proposal, since the garage door works well after he adopted my opinion.

Very pleased with how quickly I was able to set up an appointment and how well I was treated. Blake explained my options and I was not pressured at all to order more than what I scheduled. Will definitely call Precision when I'm ready to overhaul the garage door.

Blake was at my home early and I was not there. My family called me and he talked to me about my issues and what he thought was the best solution. I gave him the OK to move forward. When I arrived home he greeted me and went over the plan and I was very satisfied with everything he was going to do. Very pleasant and efficient and for all the work he had to do, he was fantastic. When the job was completed he showed me everything that was done and how it works and the quality of the replaced parts. I was very happy with his professionalism and his excellent work. My garage door seems to me working like it is new. I also like the safety features he explained and for his overall work ethic. Hats off to this excellent job and person.
