From our phone call at 9 am to the installation at 6 pm, the people at Precision Door were wonderful! Blake, our technician gave us a call 30 min before arrival. He was courteous, efficient and extremely knowledgable. He was even approved by all 3 of our dogs! He recommended that we look into a new metal door, but did not pressure us. We did take his recommendation that we replace our unit rather than repair it. With the lifetime warranty, it seemed a no brainer. thank you!!

If you need any service on your garage doors or openers, Precision is the best. I was offered service the same day, but had to schedule for next day. Luis arrived as promised and within minutes had diagnosed the problem that a previous "technician" from another service could not. Luis repaired all the issues ran all the diagnostics and had my door working flawlessly. Prior to Luis arriving I was sent an email with his name and picture to assure who was arriving to repair my garage door and opener. Professional, courteous, thorough and skilled. Can not recommend Precision high enough. Will most definitely use for all future garage door issues.

I was so frustrated with my garage door I almost drove my car through it to solve it! I had seen one of your trucks the other day and it stuck in my mind. So I called today and 2 hours later Bill showed up and fixed the whole thing in a snap. He saved what was an awful day and was super friendly too! Amazing service!!!!! I wanted to click Bill Roberts name in the Technician List but he's not there. :(

I don't know how you get any more professional than these people. They are quick to respond, informative on pricing, send you a courtesy email on the work to be done and who your technician will be and what time they will be there. My tech arrived early, was professional, courteous and explained my options and what they would recommend. Fantastic service. I wish every company took this type or care and pride in what they do. What a pleasure to work with. Awesome!!!

We had just had our door overhauled. A few days later, one of the rollers rolled right off the track. This happened at nearly 5 p.m. on Friday. I figured "That's it, we won't be able to use the door until Monday." I figured I had nothing to lose by calling the company. Wow! The technician arrived 90 minutes later. He made some adjustments. Checked the door a good 10 times to be sure it wouldn't "slip." So polite! My husband and I are so impressed with your employees and the quality of your work!!

My garage doors are eleven years old. One of the original springs finally failed. After talking with my technician,john,I decided to have both garage doors rebuilt. John installed new springs,rollers and balanced both doors. John arrived when expected, did a thorough evaluation and provided me with an estimate. He then proceeded to rebuild the doors in an efficient, competent manner.I highly recommend Precision to anyone needing installation or repair of their garage doors.
