Stay far away from Precision Garage Door Service. They charged my mother an outrageous amount for a garage door opener and some basic hardware work—no new door, nothing major—yet the price was outrageously inflated. There is no justification for a bill that high for the work that was done. It feels like they completely took advantage of her and overcharged to a level that is beyond reasonable. This kind of pricing is unacceptable, especially when dealing with someone who trusted them to be honest. We are now disputing the charge and documenting everything. Do yourself a favor—get multiple quotes and don’t let this company pressure you into anything. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

My garage door belt sprung and I needed service right away. After searching online I found your company and called. They sent Alex out to assess my problems with the door. He explained everything to me in detail and I elected to do a complete door overhaul. He then sent Cameron to perform the work who did an outstanding job. Price was reasonable and with all new rollers, spring, brackets and opener my door is quieter then ever. Cannot thank you enough. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. My experience with Precision Garage Door Service has been great ever since I heard of them on Real Radio (FM 104.1), Monsters in the Morning. I called on Monday, June 6 and had an appointment schedule for Jun 7 in the afternoon. Technician McAdory and Cameron were both here and replaced the warranty linear battery backup. They also check the operation of the opener and all related parts. Their attention to detail on all aspect of a garage door is very professional. I highly recommend this company for any garage door problems or to install a new garage door like I did. Thank you for your professional service.

Here we are on a Saturday morning and we have garage door maintenance, that in itself is amazing. What a professional group of people to come and fix our much needed work to be done on our builder grade garage doors, that is two doors. An upgrade that was obviously needed. The installers were very professional, their vehicles were clean and obviously new and well cared for. Old dirty trucks equates to dirty job, not with PRECISION OVERHEAD DOOR SERVICE. Yearly check up with added support brackets which were done because builder only did minimum to pass code for 2002. Prior yearly checkup technicians had never recommended that addition.
