I am always satisfied with the service and the service providers. I am concerned with the equipment. My problems started when I had to switch to the GENIE brand opener. The opener worked, but the KEYPAD had to be replaced, twice! 2 Universal Keypads were installed because they continued to fail without reason, or whenever we experience even the slightest power failure. Today, they installed a GENIE brand keypad, again; and I purchased 2 additional remotes, for my family members who will need access to my house in case of emergencies. Fingers crossed, that this resolves my problem(s)

My garage door belt sprung and I needed service right away. After searching online I found your company and called. They sent Alex out to assess my problems with the door. He explained everything to me in detail and I elected to do a complete door overhaul. He then sent Cameron to perform the work who did an outstanding job. Price was reasonable and with all new rollers, spring, brackets and opener my door is quieter then ever. Cannot thank you enough. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. This is an outstanding company to work with. The high ratings I read before calling them are well deserved. They are prompt and above all extremely courteous and pleasant to work with. They come at the time they promise and do outstanding work at a reasonable price. I had them replace my garage door rollers, garage door opener and adjust the door. Donnell and Bernard arrived on time and went right to work. They finished the job much quicker than I expected and made sure that I was satisfied before they left. Two very polite and hard working young men. I highly recommend Precision Door Service as they do what they promise at the price they quoted and promised. I'm 5 star satisfied.

The team at Precision has been very helpful. Last year they helped me get a custom garage door ordered for a somewhat nonstandard building and since installed has worked perfectly. Recently, I called them to add a garage door opener and they came out the next day to look at and quote the job and had it installed by the early afternoon. We called Precision Door Service because we previously used their service for a garage door repair and were extremely satisfied. Mason Slack arrived on time and provided an expert examination and assessment of the garage door opener issue. He photographed everything and explained what was needed for the repair. Technician Greg Franklin arrived a short time later and made the repairs. He was meticulous about the quality and function of the repairs as he fine tuned the garage door opener's operation. He then tested the function and took pictures of the repairs. Precision Door Services is fortunate to have professionals like Mason and Greg on their staff. I highly recommend Precision Door Services for any repairs or installations you may need.

Absolutely love our garage door which is super quiet. I would rate a 5 but they left with our brand new key-less garage door entry pad that we had just installed two weeks prior. We've call repeatedly and they have not offered to return the keypad or pay the $40 I paid to buy the keypad (I still have the receipt). I spend $3,000 and they can't send me the $40 because I assume the keypad is gone.

PDS provided a technician the same afternoon I called. One technician assessed the situation and provided options. Another technician did the door repair and installed a new garage opener. The service was very efficient. Both technicians were very professional and personal. I highly recommend PDS.

The rep (Maurice) showed up within an hour. Had a trainee with him. Very professional and a great trainer. Evaluated my old opener and gave me several options for replacements. I chose the belt drive model which is very quiet. They did a very thorough professional installation. I would highly recommend Maurice and Precision Door.

After getting sick of my garage door remotes doing goofy things, I called Precision to come and figure it out. They came the same day and the outcome was a new opener (I had no idea how old mine was as it was here when I bought my house 4+ years ago) and also they checked the door itself and replaced parts as needed. The techs were great and they did all this the same day. I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs garage door/opener repair/replacement!
