Yearly check up with added support brackets which were done because builder only did minimum to pass code for 2002. Prior yearly checkup technicians had never recommended that addition.

I called several companies and this was the only one who answered the phone. They were able to schedule my service within 24 hrs with no trip charge, and the tech repaired everything in that one call. He showed me all options and let me select without pressure. He also found a sticker on my door where the company had done a previous service so I now have history reports in their computer. While I would like to have spent less, it was recommended to change the old opener for a newer, more reliable one. I love it!

I had some big trouble with my garage door and a friend recommended Precision. First, they gave me an appointment less than 24 hours from my call. Time window 10-2, Anthony showed up at 10:15. He did a thorough inspection, walked me through every detail, every option. He presented the things that were necessary to make the door even work, discussed the things that would make it work better and have a longer life, and things that could be put off for a good while without compromising the 'health' of the mechanisms. He was very knowledgeable and personable. You can tell that he likes his job and seems very trustworthy. I have no experience with garage door repairs as a homeowner, only as a renter. So I'm not sure how reasonable the price is, but I suspect it's about average. He had everything needed to get the job done and worked fast and left everything cleaned up! I'm happy :)

Started out as a 2nd estimate for a new garage door.Our sales rep.Lloyd was great! Gave us so much more info than the first and we knew before he was finished we would go with Precision.I don't have the two install techs names that did the installation, but they were Top notch, professional, friendly, respectful of our property and did an excellent job. Called in morning because my door has been having issues and was stuck up. The tech showed up on time the same day, looked at the door and opener. He then gave me a list of items he saw as potential issues. The old chain opener had a bent sprocket in the motor. I chose to have the opener and springs replaced as they are 20 years old and my door was replaced 5 years ago. I didn’t replace any rollers as they were new then. Install was done in 2 hours and the material was on the truck, so no revisit! I was happy for the quick response and not having to have to wait for a new opener.

They came to do routine maintenance the same day I called, and do take care of weekend and after-hour emergencies (which is so often when they occur.) The technician called me in advance, was very knowledgeable and professional, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't currently need. I have a very old garage door opener, and he did fill me in on what to plan ahead for when it finally goes. But he said it was working fine now, so no need to replace anything. I was very impressed and very happy with his manner, expertise and approach.
